The one below isn't exactly like the one I have, but similar. There isn't a hook (of course since this isn't the regular pin) and its shaped like a Mickey Ear hat with the word "Pride" underneath.

I have a pin that i've not seen anywhere else. It celebrates 50 years of Disney Imagineering. It's diamond-shaped with a gold, starry border. On the inside of the border, it's blue with the Imagineering logo, words saying "50 years of Disney Imagineering" and blueprints to Spaceship Earth in the background.

I've looked for the pin on different pin sites, but haven't seen it... I'm not even sure if it's an official Disney pin or not.
