Sara and Sarah are the same name, just spelt differently, so you'd say them the same... just like Kaylee and Kayleigh or John and Jon or Ally and Allie.

It's that H at the end. In the UK, most words with an A are pronounced "ar" instead of "ah". Grass, dance, etc. The H on the end means it's pronounced differently, to me...
