Wearing a RS shirt in NC is fine, you'd probably get punched for wearing a Patriots hat though.

As for a RS shirt through NYC, I wouldn't do that. Unless you want to get shot. I'm serious... that's like putting yourself in danger. If you walk through the Bronx with a RS shirt... I wouldn't suggest doing that, unless you want to die.
