Dramatic irony - Kenai's brother doesn't know the bear he is hunting is Kenai. Although being turned into a bear as punishment for killing the bear that killed his brother because it goes against his guidance totem by the brother who was killed by accident by the bear who's the mother to the baby bear that's hanging around with the brother turned bear is probably the last conclusion on his mind.
