Yesterday I volunteered from 8 A.M. to 4 P.M. outside.
And it was all physical labor. It was rough, I'm sore today.
I was so tired after getting home I almost fell asleep blow drying my hair.
I took a nap for two hours. It was a miracle. I NEVER take naps, that's the only time I've felt that exhausted.
