We are considering driving staright through to the port and staying at the Radisson.
For those of you that have gotten the parking package, did you feel that your car was safe? (Keep in mind that we had a car stolen a couple of years ago, so we are more paranoid.) We have felt safe parking at the port itself, but it is more expensive than the Radisson, especially for 2 weeks. Can you park there for 2 weeks?

Hmm... you're going on back-to-back cruises. I understand your paranoia. No, the Radisson's lot is definitely not as secure as the DCL lot. The only security at the Radisson is a gate with an arm that swings up. Even your dumbest criminal could walk around that.

For you it might be worth it to pay the $112 for parking to have the added security of having your car in a secured place. I find the Radisson to be somewhat overpriced for hotels in that area (with the exception of the $59 deals some folks have gotten... that's a pretty good rate). I'd stay somewhere near the beach and then park at the port. By having your car at the port, you could go out and run some errands if you find you have the need while you're at Port Canaveral between your two cruises. By not having to pay for a taxi, you'd save some money again.
