In order to distingush your stroller from others in the parks and make it undesirable for the stranger's taking what have you done (or seen) to "decorate" you stroller?

I am really looking for ideas for my own stroller and have already considered the ribbon, hellium balloon, wheel lock/removed wheel. I want to hear the REALLY creative ideas :thumbsup2

There is the sometimes-mentioned "used diaper" simulation that consists
of a cloth diaper creatively stained with chocolate-colored dye, and conspicuously draped on the stroller.

When we went in July I totally forgot to put ribbon on our stroller before we left. I ended up taking DS's blanket and tying it on the handle every time we had to park it. No one stole our stroller and it was easy to find. We also had a Ray Shade on the stroller which isn't common to see on most strollers so that helped.

When we went for Thanksgiving I once again totally forgot to put the ribbon that I had planned on putting. I once again had the Ray Shade that helped identify our stroller. A few times I used his blanket around the handles. When we got Mickey stickers on main street I put them on the tray on his stroller too. I was able to easily identify our stroller each time we left our drink in the cup holder though.

While there I saw some great ideas. One family laminated a paper with their names and tied it with a luggage tie onto a handle. Another tied it between the two back wheels. Both VERY good ideas and I plan on trying that myself next time.....as long as I remember!

When our son was still using a stroller, I tied not one, but two, bright colored handkerchiefs to the stroller handle...one on each side. They came in mighty handy when try to distinguish our stroller from another and when we were trying to find something to wipe his face with!

At night, I wound the glow stick necklaces around the handle. That REALLY helped us find the stroller amongst all the others.

I forgot to mention, too, that I purchased a poncho for the stroller too. We always go during rainy season and it showers a bit almost every day. I simply tied the hat part into a knot and drapped the entire stroller with the poncho. Kept it nice and dry.

I had to buy a cheap Kohlcraft stroller at Toys R Us one year when I left my regular stroller at home *sigh*. It was one of those strollers that looks like every other cheap umbrella stroller in the world. I bought a girl's pony tail holder/decoration that had an elastic pony tail holder with long red and green ribbons attached to it (it was around Christmastime). I wrapped the elastic around the handle and let the ribbons flow down. Not only did no one take our stroller, but it was also easier finding it in a sea of strollers by just looking for the red & green ribbons on the handle.
