Ive eaten at every MK sit down restaurant except The Plaza.... Made reservations today. Is the Plaza worth going to?

It's cheap, so a lot of people on the dining plan tend to avoid it. The sandwiches are good, and the shakes are even better.

I had a pretty bad sandwich there. I'm not a fan; the food is fast food quality.

We did not enjoy it. It seemed like a glorified QS. Like someone said if your on the DDP, your credits maybe better spent somewhere else which has more expensive meals.

I have a reservation here for our trip and was wondering the same thing. I might just keep it though for the chance to sit down for a bit with AC. We are going in September with two little ones and sitting down is sometimes better than standing and ordering at counter service and looking for a table.

We have been going to WDW for over 20 years and just ate at the Plaza last Christmas... we LOVE IT. Good food, beautiful atmosphere, and ice cream right next door! ;) It's a gem for us.

We use tables in wonderland and never get the dining plan. We enjoy the club sandwich and the French fries. We also get a banana split to share. It is our must do every trip.

For years we have gone there, we arrive on on first day, ride pirates and then go have a cheese steak with fries and a chocolate shake, done this probably 20 times, it is good eats....

We ate there last month and everyone loved it! It was a nice break, and our server/food were very good.

The Plaza is an excellent quaint restaurant to eat at in the MK. Sandwiches are top notch and service is always great as usual. Definitely one of the top dining areas in the park. I HIGHLY recommend ordering a shake; you cannot go wrong with Plaza milkshakes!

Tried to make lunch ressies for 2 on November 12th, no luck, Nov 11, no luck, Nov 16, no luck, no dinner times either. Might this be because of Free Dining coupled with LTT being closed?

We did the DDP on our last two trips and never booked The Plaza because "it wasn't worth a credit."

We are OOP this time and I'm trying that and a few others I wouldn't try due to "credit worthiness."

We love sandwiches and shakes and are going to do it for dinner on a PM EMH night.

We really don't need any TS reservations for the next trip. I will be staying with DD and we will mostly nosh around World Showcase. But I kinda felt like I was missing something so I thought I'd book the Plaza for our MK day since my beloved LTT would be closed. Could not get anything for any day we plan to be in the parks. So I thought to myself, "Self, what about Beaches & Cream? We've never been there." Yeah, Sunday night at 10PM!! Ok, how about Grand Floridian Cafe? You guessed it, nothing good there either. I finally decided on breakfast at Kona Cafe. I had forgotten those wonderful Pineapple Macadamia nut pancakes I had 5 years ago. Success!!!! Kona for breakfast on our MK day! Thanks, I feel much better now. ;)

It's a beautiful restaurant in a lovely Victorian atmosphere but for us the menu is "too much what we can get at home". We prefer dining at the MK resorts on our MK days.
