The Pirate Code

In some people's completed projects I have seen letters or certificates as well as cards stating that you now belong/follow the pirate code. They have a skull and crossbones on them, but I don't think there is any specific Disney reference. Does anyone know who does them? I have been searching through 4shared and photobucket accounts, and searching threads until my eyes are bleeding, and I can't find them again. They would be perfect for my son's birthday party, but it is coming up fast and I am running out of time to look. Does anyone know where to find them?
