"The Pig Dipper"

I see on the Tomorrow Land "Lunching Pad" menu below the turkey legs, they list "The pig dipper (BBQ pork shank)." I need to know...are we talking here, take this giant pig bone and gnaw on it cause you already had 5 turkey legs and want to try something similar yet different? Or is this item something else entirely?

Love that name--pig dipper. It sounds like it's probably a pork chop or maybe ribs.

I've not seen the "pig dipper" but a pork shank is generally a pretty big bone with quite a bit of meat on it. It's the leg of a pig.

We tried the Pig Dipper earlier this month. It was about the size of a beef rib with maybe 3 ounces of BBQ meat on it. It was yummy and a lot easier to eat than the Turkey Leg. The meat just fell off the bone and didn't seem too "fatty". My DS11 and DS7 ate them so fast I hardly got a bite. They both asked for more whenver we passed the Lunching Pad. I need to focus on getting my kids enough protein and this was a really good choice. Cost was $3.69. I would guesstimate the amount of meat was about 20% of that on a turkey leg which costs $5.19.
