Hi everyone! I just posted a trip report on my blog about our five-night Bahama cruise on the Magic. It was a short, but fun trip!

Thank you! They are fun to write, aren't they? I really would like to check out one of the newer ships, the itineraries just aren't ever that appealing to me. I'd always choose Europe over the Caribbean, but that's just me! Thanks for reading. I will be keeping yours for next summer.

So fun! I was glad to read another trip report by you! They are always so informative! We are doing a 4 day (your cruise minus a sea day) in January on the Magic! I think we might do the trolley in Key West since reading your trip report.

Thank you and thanks for reading! I love having an excuse to write . I think you'll really enjoy the cruise. The Trolley really was a great deal. I actually got our tickets through Groupon b/c they were having a special, so check there closer to your sail date. It was a great way to see the island with our limited time. Had we not taken such a long lunch, there were a couple of other stops that would have been nice.

Your kids are awesome travelers! I am impressed by the variety of food they try. My kids are great traveling except for the headache with my picky eater.

Thanks for inspiring me to do Iceland with the free layover, we had a week there and it was absolutely amazing!

I am curious about your amazing multi city airfare deal for South Africa/Germany. How do you search for that? I know people use airfarewatchdog , anything else you find useful?

Hi Zarina! If you hover your mouse over on the right side of the blog page (whichever one you are one) under my picture, there is a tag and then the word "categories" will pop up. If you click that, you'll see tags for specific places! I hope this helps. I don't "love" blogspot and am looking into getting my own site to make searching easier.

I use Kayak to search airfare mostly then usually end up booking direct with the airline. You have to be flexible on dates to find the best deal. It also helps to use a major city like Chicago, DC or NYC. We are always willing to drive to get the best fare!

I don't have any in particular, but I read a ton of travel blogs. I follow a lot of other bloggers on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/thefairygodblogger/) and if they post something that interests me I'll go read. I love reading other people's trip reports for DCL, so I spend a lot of time doing that! I wish more would write about their Europe cruises this summer! You can check out my Insta and see who I follow there to get some good family travel blogs though. And thanks for reading mine!
