I had terrible plantar fasciitis - it was hard for me to put my foot down and walk, especially on first getting up in the morning. I went to a podiatrist and he had me get custom-made orthotics to the tune of $500
They just bothered me more. Then I began to stretch my legs and feet every day AND tried out crocs....I have absolutely no more pain in my heels, ever. I do find crocs to be the MOST comfortable things I can put on my feet (even tho they aren't the most attactive shoes). I do Disney every year and I wear nothing but crocs (sandals and clogs) and never, ever, have one bit of a problem anymore. Besides my heels/feet - my legs don't even get tired from all the walking. Every person is different, but for me, my crocs saved my feet!!
