The paperwork packing list

I know there are lists out there about basic things to remember and pack for Disney (tickets, clothes, toiletries etc) but I'm wondering about the little things that may just be helpful to look at while at the parks. There is a big group of us going and I'm hoping to print off just a little booklet for everyone with helpful info in case we get separated. For example, I found a great WDW transportation map that has all the bus/monorail and boat routes, along with the little excel sheet I made listing the fastpass (when we get them) and ADR times for the day. I'm also printing out a pressed penny location list for myself and anyone else who wants to collect. Any other ideas or things you all may have brought along in the past?

When we went with extended family (grandparents) I made a schedule for each day and hung it on the connecting door between the rooms. Usually it just had which parks we'd visit that day, ADR's if any, this was before FP+ but I'd add those now, I also noted parade and show times as well as fireworks. We didn't actually DO all of that stuff, but I thought it would be nice for my in-laws who are usually super planners, but had no idea what went into a WDW vacation.

Oh yeah show times would be a good one! I'll probably just add that to the FP and ADR list. I have a semi-detailed schedule made out for myself but I feel like if I gave that to everyone they would think I'm crazy
