I have been to Outback many times but never that location. The 4 that I have been to have all been the same. We like Outback, decent food, good prices, good drinks. The line to be seated can be long, up to an hour or more.

I don't think the OP is referring to the mediocre chain of Aussie themed steakhouses, but rather the significantly more upscale restaurant THE Outback located in the Buena Vista Palace across from the Downtown Disney Marketplace.
OP - I've never been to The Outback but it has traditionally had a good reputation for its cuisine. They are pricey, though, so a $25 GC won't go very far. You can expect dinner for two to be near or over $100, not including alcohol.
Any restaurant with Outback in the name that doesn't have a Bloomin Onion gets crossed off my list.
In all seriousness, I too have seen them on Restaurant.com, looking at the menu that is posted, it doesn't seem as the prior poster indicated that a $25 cert would go very far.

We may the mistake of buying one of these assuming it was the chain. Had a terrible time locating the restaurant and when we did, there wasn't a thing on the menu the kids would even consider eating. Quite expensive too.
