It's been a slow day too back here. The weather has picked up and it was hot today.

I was going to ask you what do you think of the Food & Wine Festival at EPCOT? I was thinking of going to WDW one day during that event which I read and heard about from other people and they have said great things about it.

I had a ball at F&W in 2010....had 3 days where I hung out with Dana. Even got her to try some seafood.

Are you going to consider coming to join the DisMeet in October 2013?

I got some inspiration about where my bike manual may be. Found it and read it. Nothing very helpful.

Food and Wine sounds fun. Though I'm more of a drinker than you. Food sounds so so, I've had a lot of international food and know what I like and what I avoid.

It depends. If I start pastry school in January and get into the DCP for pastry, then I can potentially be down there October through December. If I don't start until March, I can't take the time off. So it's riding on me starting school in January.

Sometimes manuals are helpful while some are not that helpful.

I read Alison past TR during the F&W festival which they went in 2010 and it did sound very interesting to try out those different countries food.

The manual is so general. It doesn't have the details I need.


It looks fun. I just don't know how it would mesh with my WDW eating style.

Thank you PiO. The Nikkor 35mm lens is very nice and I got to try it a few times today. I thought about ordering it online from B&H, but I didn't want to wait awhile to get the lens and BestBuy had one at the stores at the same price. I am not done buying more accessories for the lens. I am thinking of getting a polarizing filter for the lens. What do you think about it? So I just bought it with gift cards that I haven't used. The lens was everything that I was hoping for after reading all these reviews. I can't wait to use it for the dark rides, daytime at the park, the nighttime shows.

At the risk of us being kicked off this thread....look at an ND filter as well as a CP filter. Google Tom Bricker and have a look at what he does with a ND filter and fireworks.

I did do three MNSSHPs in 2010. It's by far my favorite hard ticket event, and I absolutely love it. I think it's a great time, and I didn't mind paying because it was just me (well, that I was paying for).
