Okay - first I'd look at the Nissan Armada (shameless plus - DH works for them). Then, if I was set on the Highlander, I'd look at kbb.com to find out how the depreciate. THEN, I'd google Toyota dealerships (your city name) and get a list of all dealers. THEN, I'd visit their websites and sign up for information. THEN, I'd start fielding all the calls from sales managers and start my Excel grid to track who's offering what...BREATHE...let me know if I should continue

Thank you!! I will do all of this, including looking at the Nissan. I own a Nissan and I really like it - I chose the Highlander based on consumer reports.

First I would jump up and down and yell for joy. Then I would go hug mine. Then I would go to the dealership with the least pushy sales people and cut a deal and drive that puppy off the lot.

I would buy another highlander in a heart beat to be officially 1000000 percent honest. It is everything I wanted and more (and it has a million and one cup holders and my sales person would have been more than happy to show me where they all were)
