Wow, disappearing and kidnapped crocs replaced by twins- it's like Crocs of our Lives!

I got in touch with the person before me on Felicia's list, and we're all set! I can't wait to croc-sit!

Hello all. To my neighbors on the Foster Fauna Focker list: As best I can tell, Fauna is MIA after her "New Orleans Adventure." I have already contacted delmar 411, who immediately precedes me and lives close enough to me that whatever is left, be it Fauna or just her accessories, should be successfully transferred. I have adopted another croc who is winging her way to me and should arrive this week, tentatively named "Flower" after Thumper's Fragrant Friend... We will be @WDW Oct 14-19 @SSR and BWV.

"Piglet Forever" bowed out, making "A Little Pixie Dust" right after me on the list. Given how many crocs we've lost, I thought it best to see if maybe the 2 or 3 of you after me would be willing to give me an alternative contact method in case...

If I hear from Pixie Dust, then (they) can take it from there... Otherwise I'll hang on to Flower until I get a confirmed place to ship her. DisneyLandMama sounds a bit overwhelmed, so it's up to us kids...

It's safe to say now that Fauna has officially been stolen by Heather aka mcdee1980. She lied and said she was FedExing Fauna back to WDW. Then she went missing. She also abandoned her trip report incomplete around the same time. I sent her a PM offering to come to N.O. and retrieve Fauna if she was having problems sending her but that has gone ignored too. I hope nothing bad has come of Heather other than just being overcome by irresponsibility and laziness.

Thank you to MenashaCorp for taking it upon herself to replace Fauna and continue the fun. One further note Floyd is still around here somewhere if he needs to hop a plane. LOL

Felix is still out there I believe. I PM'd Spooky Sarah and she did indeed get him from when I dropped him off at her hotel when Ileft and he was passed on to the next person. Hopefully we'll be seeing some new pics from him soon.

Does anyone know if Faolan made it back into rotation from his New York sidetrip yet so Felix can come home to Nova Scotia?

Fauna's cousin Flower Focker is a Chip off the old Croc. She loves meeting new people and is really psyched about her upcoming trip(s) to WDW. She understands we are two adults going without any kids, so she's vowed to bring out that inner child. Of course that doesn't rule out the occasional adult beverage... one of her first words to me was KUNGALOOSH!!!! She also can't wait to share many Disney vacations after ours with all ages, sizes, genders, etc of DISers.


Flower told me to pass on to everyone not to worry too much about Fauna. Apparently Fauna has some Dundees [as in .... Crocodile....Dundee? ] in her family, so she most likely has simply gone Walkabout.

Flower will have a laminated LGMH around her neck with my anonymous email address in case she ever gets lost. (Ain't gonna Focking happen THIS trip, boys and girls!!!) I have many many many many more LGMHs (Sorry, HD!!) so this can easily be replaced for any Future Flower Focker Foster Families who need them. If I had a GPS implant, I'd put that in too!!

One last thing... Flower didn't arrive alone.....

Awwww I'm so sad to hear that Fauna has been disappeared. We really enjoyed her when we had her.

I think if you're not gonna follow through with the Croc responsibilities then you shouldn't sign up. Just Sayin'

No sooner had I welcomed Flower Focker than her brother Fang showed up as well!! His parents, Original Crocs (Lime Green, of course!!), dropped him off to stay while they took a walking tour....

Fang is a bit shyer than his sister, having been teased about his Disney infatuation in early life. With the help of the DISunplugged podcast and Anthony in particular (Hi Anthony!!), Fang came to realize that Disney fang-naticism is healthy and cool. Now he's ready (if ever called) to spread the love of Disney travel to anyone who needs his help and companionship. These teeth are sharp, too, so woe betide the Focker Mocker!!!



Flower was very happy to see him, as anyone can see from the expression on her face...

Next: Flower gets a FedEx surprise...

Soon after her arrival, Flower received a package from Fauna's most recent would-be host(s): delmar411. With a DIS Green FedEx sticker to boot!!

She couldn't wait to open it!!

Being a fan of the Focker exchange, Flower was soooo happy to receive Fauna's accessories. This made her feel like she was already part of the fun. She jumped in with both (front) feet, got Polynesian, and started reading about Fauna's travels in her diary.

So many people had already had so much fun with her cousin. Pictures of rides and sights galore...Even Cast Members @ Pop had joined in the fun!!

Then a shock.... graphic descriptions of Fauna's alleged abduction!! it was too much for a young cousin to take...

Pulling herself together, Flower pressed on (eww - bad pun there...sorry), finding at the end of the diary a warm welcome to/from the DIS family. Thanks to delmar411 for giving a young croc a chance and making her feel at home!! What a cool group of people she'd found!!

Now, all pre-trips involve lots of hectic errands, packing, last minute double checking.....So off Flower goes to get it together.... Spit Spot!!


Next: Flower and Fang chill out the night before their trip...



24 hrs plus whatever sleep can be had until Da House of Da Mouse!!!

Hey Jason, I'm terribly sorry to call you a girl. I never noticed your real name and I guess I assumed your disname was female. Please forgive me and accept my sincere thanks for picking up the Croc slack. Now many more people can join in the fun. And I'm lovin the new siblings already. They will do just fine.

Perhaps we need to devise some way to ensure the Crocs safe passage in the future. I understand its not the monitary issue but the fact that some poor child is deprived of their Croc time when an irresponsible adult breaks the chain.

Please people do not sign up if you are not totally ready to to take the extra effort to pass the Croc on. Even if it means paying to mail them to the next person in the event of gap or missed handoff.
