The Official Lime Lovin' Croc Exchange

Hey, guys...just got back 4 hours ago...what a great time...I called Denise (person before me) and she said she never got Fauna...I let the people after me know as well. We checked out 9/23 and the front desk still didn't have anything for me...so I'm not sure if Fauna was found or not.

Do we know the status of Fauna?

welcome back Marshay!!

Arrrrr! Pirates! The notorious New Orleans Pirates Heather and Brandon have kidnapped Fauna Croc and brought her to New Orleans for a treasure hunting adventure. Okay actually due to unforseen events and bad planning a switch didn't get made, but Fauna will soon be back at WDW curtesy of Fed Ex. Look for Fauna's vacation to New Orleans Pictures soon!

Aparently Fauna is headed back to Disney now.

:sad2: No Croc, that sucks, but did you guys have a good trip anyway?

welcome back Marshay!!

Hi Steph!

The Podcasters (Hi Anthony!) said this week that the "Leave A Legacy" sculpture at EPCOT is one of the world's most photographed. After having gone through all the (currently) 137 pages of this fun thread, I believe Fauna may be one of the world's most photographed crocs! I don't know if there's a way to quantify this without mind-numbingly counting each page, but it seems so to me.
Why would I go through all those pics 2 weeks prior to our trip? Why, to make sure we expose Fauna to NEW things! We don't want her getting bored!! From what I've seen, she likes to "hit the bottle" a bit, which we'll try to accomodate as well, but I want to make sure she gets the most out of her time with us.

Have a quick question ... how will I get Flora cutie from ellenmiela when we are at seperate places and she leaves the day I arrive? Looking forward to having Flora join us in our first trip to WDW!!! :woohoo:

You and ellenmiela will have to communicate and set up a croc drop. Perhaps you can ask her to leave Flora at your hotel conceirge desk a day before she leaves. Go ahead and PM ellenmiela and see what you 2 can work out. Thanks.

My name is spelled a little wrong on the list - can someone fix it? - so I will pm KathVA and we'll work something out. :)

If Fauna is currently in transit....where is she going to end up? We arrive on Saturday afternoon to POR and were supposed to collect her then.

Here is all I know about Fauna. I passed her on to Heather (Mcdee1980) on Thursday, Sept 13. Denise (praisehisname) called me when she was unable to get ahold of Heather.

Heather ended up taking Fauna back to New Orleans and was to FedEx her to Denise on Sept 15 or 16.

In other croc news, I still had all of Fauna's accessories and sent those priority mail to LuvMickey36 so at least I know her accessories and journal should be back on the rotation schedule.

my Fauna pics will be coming soon, I promise...

I checked several a times a day until I checked out on the 22nd, and no FedEx package ever arrived. :confused3 I really hope she can be found.

Another photo of Felicia, she loved HDDR.

Okay are we gonna have to call out Bendi the Jr Croc hunter ? Hopefully Fauna made it to someone. Heather who and where did you send her to ? Please post the details so someone at the World can go searching for her. I'm gonna hope the person who actually has her is just enjoying their vacation away from computers.

Please people if you sign up for a Croc give your real world info to Disneyland Moma and the next person on the list. Then please be flexible and make the handoff meets happen. It really is not that difficult to give up one hour during the trip. Besides you get to meet fellow Dissers. These problems seem to occur when Crocs gets left somewhere. Disney is too busy and does not care about our Crocs. I bet there is some warehouse full of left behind stuff.

Tracy-- Did Trentmom get a hold of you? Disneydad was texting her about the croc and she found out this info:

I found out that ugafan was not able to mail the crocs out in time before Ddad trip ended

(not sure if this effects other folks--but thought I'd post just in case). He's in WDW now BTW at POR.

UGAFAN pm'd me and is mailing out Felicia to POFQ for me to pick up. I am there October 4th so hopefully she shows up :thumbsup2 I will leave her at POR when I leave for the next person, have already set that up.

Hi everyone! As some of you know Faolan took a side trip midway through his World visit so I wasn't able to get him in time for our Disney trip. Fortunatly I found a sweet little French Canadian Croc named Felix to join us on our trip and act as a stand in for Faolan. Hopefully I can make this photobucket thing work and I'll try to give you some new croc pics!

Introducing Faolan (and his travelling companion Moose)! Note the bowtie...he's a very proper croc :)

Bright and early (5am actually) Moose and Felix are ready to hit the road for the ten hour drive to Portland to catch our flight to Orlando. They think they have enough munchies to keep them going....

The sun finally came up and Felix is bent on keeping his eyes open for any real moose they might encounter on the highway going through New Brunswick.

The excitement of a possible grownup moose sighting wears off quicly so the boys decide to join the other critters in the back seat to study up for the trip. Here they are taking a crash course in "Finding Nemo" triva on Daddy's laptop.
