I am not a fan of the needle either--I hyperventilate at the dentist. But, you don't have to worry about the "needle" because a tat doesn't feel like a needle. IT FEELS LIKE THE TAT IS BEING BURNED INTO YOUR FLESH WITH A HOT POKER. Might as well get a cow brand. Seriously.

This was my experience anyway...
Oh yeah that sounds so much better :rotfl2:

Did you catch the video his kid took?:scared1:
I no

:confused3
Uh.........didn't know y'all were having a party over here.......I think I'll go now.............
No silly Tracy was talking about our August meet!

Waaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaaattttt? You no-likie cattle brands? Wuss.
:rotfl:
:rotfl2: Yep that's me a big wuss :rotfl2: But I did have DD with no pain relief, but it did only take 1 hour and they told me I couldn't have any :rotfl:

My childbirth story is similar...short & sweet. Arrived at the hospital around 2 am, water broke around 3 am, started pushing at 3:59 am, DS born at 4:14 am! No pain relief for me either. Like I would let anyone near my spine with a needle.

Child birth--way less painful than getting a tat!

I like the way I went through childbirth much better! :rotfl:

I went to work that morning then got a call at 10:50. I rushed to the hospital and at 11:20 I was holding my daughter. No pain for me!! :cloud9:

I am hoping my tat artist can add some pixie dust for Tink. I am also going to see if he can do a hidden mickey!!! That would be sooooo cool.

Dunno, I only pushed for 15 minutes. Can't say it wasn't painless though... I mean you've basically got a basket ball coming out of your hoo-hoo... If that didn't hurt you, well, you must have a hoo hoo of steel!

Okay, I am re-reading your post. Please tell me you had a surrogate or adopted or something...

It really didn't hurt at the time. It was sore afterward and I couldn't talk on the phone or sleep on that side for a few days, but it really wasn't that bad. If it had hurt, I don't think I would want to get the other one done.

thats the way mine are.. I work at a place where you can have them but one day I might get a job where you cant have them so I am staying prepared!

I think another reason I like piercings vs. tattoos is that if I deceide I don't want them anymore I can just take the jewelry out. When I was 18 my BFF and I deceided to get tattoos. She wanted a flower and I was going to get a frog. Well I glad I didn't because now I'll like: A FROG?, What was I thinking?

:rotfl2: Good choice!

Never went into labor. Had c-section with both kids. My son was 10 pounds, 2 ounces. Doc said I could only have a csection. When they pulled him out, someone in the delivery room said, "Congratulations, you just had a 3 month old."
When we did the hospital tour, I was only 4 months pregnant & there was a 10 pound baby. All the people on the tour laughed at the baby because he was so round and fat. I didn't laugh and looked at my DH and said, "That's going to be our baby." I just had a feeling he was going to be huge.

Whoa...Jo invited me here and what the heck are ya'll talking about. 10 pound baby? I had c-sections for all my 3 kids. My first was only 2 lbs 8 oz, second was 8 lbs 15 oz, and last was 6 lbs 13 oz. I think my last 2 were huge after my first baby...;)

Yes, DD is adopted! princess: We got to be in the room when she was born, it was amazing to be the first one to hold her after the doctor and nurses had gotten her cleaned up and bundled! :wizard:
