We have 3 weeks left of school and my class has a science fair today and we are gearing up for our class play. Then my own kids have their Cultural Night at school tonight and then pre-k graduation coming up too soon. Swim Team is supposed to start Monday, but it is going from 96 to 76 overnight! I think we will skip until it heats back up again. It is a crazy busy time! But at least it makes the time fly.

I'm a little depressed as it seems June 2 and 3 arrivals shipped today but mine hasn't...and I'm June 3 too. Bummer.

We were able to change plans on the fly last year. Not for say 7DMT, but plenty of other stuff.

Really not trying to be rude, but my suggestion is to reserve judgement. If you go into it thinking negative, you sometimes make it so.

Kind of what I was thinking, too. And I COMPLETELY get the concerns, I really do. I share a few of them, myself. It's our first trip when school's not been in session, first trip in the heat of summer, etc. I don't doubt this is going to be totally different than the relaxed trips we've taken previously when we WERE able to make changes on the fly pretty much whenever we wanted, and if I let myself, I can stress about it at the drop of a hat. Usually at 2:30am. You know, because who needs sleep, right?

But for us, bottom line, a hot, crowded, busy day at Disney is better than a perfect weather day at home, and I'm by gawd determined to make it work. BEATINGS WILL CONTINUE UNTIL MORALE IMPROVES, PEOPLE!!!

Oh good. I thought I was the only one. Guess we can be bummed together. Do we know if they ship on Saturday?? Because if we have to wait until Monday, I might truly cry!

Agreed, we had to do a hard swap in October due to Hurricane Matthew. It turned out fine but there were probably much lower crowds due to people either not able to arrive or leaving early. Either way, unless you have something like mine train or frozen, it not too hard to switch things around day of or the night before. Plenty of people don't even choose their fastpasses until the night before or same day.

I started a packing list for my August trip but not for June, I discovered last night. How does that happen?

I'm trying not to buy new stuff for this trip; we have Disney shirts out the wazoo already and most of my summer stuff is fine. Maybe new sandals. But other than that it's just making lists and getting everything together, at this point!

I'm so excited! 30 days today. Life is so busy this time of year, kids soccer, we have school events and work changes. I feel like this month is going to fly by
DD and I made a few pairs of ears. We bought some hats to make DS and DH some mouse ear hats, they probably will not wear them. I'm going try to make a set of shirts but I'm not sure how that will go.

No luggage tags here yet for our June 4 trip. Hopefully I see those next week. I'll ask my TA but she doesn't seem to be very interested in me, maybe I offended her by doing my own FP and flights she asked about FP the day before the window opened so at that point I was ready and excited to do it myself and for the flights I had CC rewards to use!

My goal for the next few weeks is to make a touring plan and figure out how to pack for 4 lightly. Maybe even carry on only to avoid bag fees because I'm a big ole cheapskate

I tweaked my fastpasses a bit. I need to stop looking at them! Basically- we are doing a PPO BOG hoping to ride 7DMT. We later have a FP for 7D. I feel like there is a 60% chance my 5 year old will not want to ride again. She knows she needs to ride everything once and after that- she can decline. Later that day, she is doing BBB and she and I have FP to meet Cinderella and Elena while DH and DS6 have FP for Space Mt. which I decided not to make her try. Then we will all meet back for CRT. Anyway, I realized if I moved the Cindy FP back 30 min and she doesn't want to reride 7D, I can possibly change the 7D FP to meet Rapunzel/Tiana. That's a tricky FP to get early same day, but I will try. I guess I could even make it for after Belle which is after lunch and the boys could just hang out or do the teacups or something for a few minutes, with FP it shouldn't take too long. So that is my update!

I keep tweaking mine too because I don't know if the kids will want to go back to parks after the afternoon break so I keep changing and doing back up plans and back back up plans lol

So how long does it say "Your magicbands are being personalized" in MDE before they actually ship???? I feel like it is taking longer than usual!!! I want to look at that magicband box on my counter already!!!

I ordered it for trip as well! It is so cute! Actually planning to wear it tomorrow in MK for our get away weekend. Sitting at the airport right now, impatiently awaiting to board.

I need to start my outfit schedule list for the boys and myself. I know I have too many Disney tanks but we do wear two outfits a day. The boys and I will repeat bottoms but not tops. DH doesn't have as much as us so he'll repeat everything. We had the 1 bedroom last year and I got spoiled. I'm going to have to lug our stuff to the laundry room this time. Planning to do it on our midday breaks. We are staying on points so at least it's free.
