Hello Everyone

Reading everyone's ADR's, Resorts and Parks has DD and I all excited..:cool1: We can start our ADR's in 3 days.... We are ready to GO !!!!!!!

Have a Great Evening :goodvibes

Sounds like an AWESOME plan!! 15 hours? You must be south of me then. I'm in Springfield. We drove last year and loved the flexibility it gave us and the kids were great in the car, but we'd most likely fly this time since it's such a quick trip.

I would definitely fly for a quick trip, too. We're about an hour and a half south of you...right outside of St. Louis. The driving thing works for us, but I know it's not for everyone. We leave around 5pm, and the kids are asleep by 10pm. I just plug in the ear buds and enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet while everyone sleeps. Hubby and I take turns and switch every few hours.

We'll get in sometime Friday, hopefully by lunchtime or so. Checking out Monday (most likely by lunchtime if we're flying). I was thinking 3 day tickets, with 1 day each at Epcot, HS, and MK. Not sure though...was thinking of making 1 ADR each day? How does the FastPass for lunch at BOG work??

Fastpass for lunch at BoG???!!! I need to hear more about this, too!!

It's great to be able to make the ADRs and have something else to play with. Thanks for sharing your daughter's YouTube videos. Very cute!!

We actually did the FP for BOG lunch last summer through an invitation from our concierge. This trip coming up (16 days ... but who's counting?) we were able to secure a FP for BOG from the website beourguestlunch.disney.go.com - you just need to type in your MB reservation number or your ME reservation number to enter it. I'm not sure if it is continuing past January - but it didn't open for January until mid December so we will have a while to wait until the July ones open up (if they continue doing it!) It was PERFECT last summer and we are looking forward to doing it again in a couple of weeks. :-)

It sounds great! I had to look it up online, and so far everyone is saying that you have to be invited to use the FP+ for BoG, but by our trips in July, who knows what we'll be able to do?!

The official word is you need to be invited, but most people in my October group from this past fall just used their magical express reservation number and were able to book with no problem.

Wednesday, July 9: Magic Kingdom Day! Early counter service lunch (we like Pecos Bill's Tall Tale Inn). 6:25 ADR at 'Ohana (my mouth is watering already). FYI, if you are heading to 'Ohana and have never had the Lapu Lapu pineapple and rum drink, take my word for how delicious it is.

Saturday, July 12: I booked ADRs at Be Our Guest for 6:30pm, but I am going to be flexible about what we do that day. We don't have park hopper tickets, so we can only hit one park a day. This is going to be our day to re-visit whatever park we want, so if my family doesn't want to go back to MK, then we will have to skip BoG (sniff sniff).

Just a quick question for you. Were you not able to get July 9 for the ADR for BOG? Is that why you didn't do it on your MK day and then make ohana on the 12th? Cause that could make sense. :confused3

Ok, a decision has been made in my house! (which in and of itself is very dramatic and unusual) :lmao: We are changing resorts!!! We are upgrading even if there isn't a discount for our time. We are going to stay at POR in an Alligator Bayou room. They have 2 queen beds and the smaller fold out bed. When my DD saw that on the video, she screamed across the room "That is MY BED!!!"

So basically my DH and I get a bed, my teen DS gets his own bed and so does DD. SOLD!!! :rotfl2:

We are hoping for that too when we go. AB with the Murphy bed would be great so our kids don't have to share a bed. However, we have to keep in mind that they usually go to parties of 5 first so just don't be upset if you book it and request AB but don't get it. Unless that is, you are booking a preferred room? We don't want to pay the extra. That is my biggest fear that we won't get an AB room and the reason why we love booking at AKL in the bunk bed rooms. Keeping our fingers crossed for a AB room for both of us. :thumbsup2

For those going July 4th week... Everything in Epcot opened up for ADR's now on the 4th. Previously you could only book Le Cellier. Also the Wishes Dessert Party is now able to be booked for the 3rd and 4th. We're doing the desert party the night we get there since you can see the July 4th show all over the park and we've never managed to be anywhere near the front of the castle for Wishes.

So our ADR's have changed. Again. I think our dates shifted just a tad from the start as well. I've changed so many things I can't keep up anymore. LOL

We're at AoA LM room 6/29-7/7

6/29 MK -Wishes Dessert Party
6/30 DHS Mama Melrose/Fantasmic! package
7/1 Epcot no ADR's
7/2 AK Donald's Safari Breakfast
7/3 MK early morning Chef Mickey
7/4 Epcot Akershus breakfast
7/5 MK BOG for dinner
7/6 DHS 8:30 Hoop De Doo
7/7 checkout 'Ohana breakfast and possibly half park day

I may change Chef Micky to a dinner on 7/1. There are a couple of counter service places we like at MK and that way we don't have to get up stupid early to go eat before rope drop. Our in park breakfast ADR's are a good 90 minutes to two hours after rope drop, so we have time to ride a couple things before we go eat.

We did Biergarten last year and had a lot of fun. The entertainment is kind of cheesy but cute, and the boys had fun toasting with their (root) beer mugs.

I'm looking forward to eating there. The menu looks pretty good to me. I look forward to drinking some real beer. Lol :) thanks for sharing

What is the one restaurant you must eat at in each park? Go! :-)

MK - BOG - lunch or dinner works for me!
EP - Rose & Crown - love the Fish and Chips!
DHS - H&V (for the characters for DD3) - if just an adult trip (when that will be I have no idea!) - Brown Derby
DAK - Yak and Yeti (TS or QS)

Kind of off topic-
Does any one know where the American Girl store will be?

I am hoping for the Springs, but, I am thinking at a mall.
