I am so excited! I just booked 7 nights at the Poly Concierge for the end of January!!! My husband agreed we could go if the 4/3 deal came out so I've been hoping and praying. We are going from Jan 25th to Feb 1st. Ahhhhh!!! I didn't think we would get to go to Disney this year as my husband is a med student and never gets time off. But he gets a week in January.

I called dining though, and the first day we can make dining reservations is Oct 27th! This is the day that it opens up to 180 days. If we were going down one day earlier we'd be able to get our reservations before everyone is calling all at once. I'm nervous.

We are all booked at VWL for Jan. 10 - Jan. 17! But we would have preferred to be in the main building at WL. Unfortunately, we can't use the 4/3 deal because we already have AP. But we are still hoping that an AP or room only deal for January will appear.

We've been to the campground in February. It was pretty chilly! Still warmer than home, though!

We just booked Shades of Green for Jan 10th -Jan 17th! And we will be at All Star Sports for the 7th, 8th and 9th, because the team DH is running the Half Marathon with has a block of rooms there.

We'll be there January 5 - 12, 2010 staying at POR! My sister and I are doing the half marathon. It will be my husband and daughter(14)'s first trips!!

My wife and I are also staying at POR Jan 5-12, and we are running in the marathon on Sunday. We are also going to be around at the start of the half because we have some friends running in that. This may have already been answered, but what are crowds like during that week and marathon weekend. This will be our first time running a marathon and our first time going to WDW this time of year.

Yay on your first Marathon! I just did my first Half Marathon last month and it was awesome (Virginia Beach Rock and Roll Half). From all the stalking I have done here, it seems that crowds are a bit higher than average January crowds during that weekend but not bad at all since January crowds are pretty low to begin with.

Last WDW trip we did was last April, right at the beginning of Spring Break season, so it was crowded but not as bad as it can be and not as low as it could be, so we are looking forward to this LONG trip and smaller crowds (oh, and the fact that it will be the first tiime my DS5 and I have seen my husband since Easter since he's been in Iraq since then!)

Woo Hoo we booked our next trip!! We are staying at CBR pirate room from January 23-30!! I am going to try to keep the resort and pirate room secret from the kids!! I get so excited it is so hard to hold in the details!! We have never stayed at a moderate resort so we are so excited. We also booked the reg. dining plan for the first time!! So we will see!!

But you're staying concierge so they can make all your ADR's for you!

It will be our family's first time onsite and our son's first trip to Disney, our daughter's 6th birthday and a celebration of my DH and my 10th wedding anniversary. :cheer: We'll take a red-eye from Portland, Oregon and arrive the morning of the 26th, leaving mid-afternoon on the 2nd.

First of all I am happy to report that after reading about the 4/3 deal I called WDW just now and changed my reservation from 5 nights to 7. And it only cost me 30 bucks more! With the dining!!! YIPPEEE!!!!!Also, Here is the park hours for the time period January 3rd to January 10th for those who are going !!! I CANNOT WAIT!!!! Thank you !!!!!

I can't beleive how close it is!! We have been planning for over a year and suddenly time is passing sooo fast! We are staying off site (there are 13 of us).

Very excited! Just booked flights - great deal. Now going to book - probably at Pop. Third trip with the kids. DD 6 (will be turning 7 while we're there), DS 4 and DD 1.

The kids don't know. I'm going to try and wait for X-mas to tell them but I'm bursting!

VERY EXCITED!! My mom booked us a surprise trip for my birthday in january!!! she booked it while i was at wdw sept. 21 - oct. 2nd!! its nice to come home and have another wdw trip to plan for!!!
