Way to go!!!

FatCow i don't think you are showing off. So you have some bonus' on your resume, that's awesome! Some girl will recognize that and jump all over you. Just weeds them out ;)

FATCOW! YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BACK OUT!

Dont give up man....keep your chin up kiddo.

Hope you liked your flowers mystery girl...

Jungle Josh :(

Josh,

I've been trying to ask myself how things are going to work our for you, but since the unfortunate accident, the words don't come out so clear.

I do see a trip to the coast coming up for you and the possibility that today's career events are going to be good for you in the long run.

I just wish I had the gumption you and cow have when I was your age. You guys are my herospirate:

I think we should start a DIS single's club! Then who knows what could happen...

Last summer my then 6 year old daughter and I went to Six Flags in St. Louis. It was really crowded and she turned to me and said "Hey Mom, there are lots of people here. Think you can find a man??" So I guess she's ready for me to date, huh?

Oh and my second graders that I teach have dubbed "Someday my prince will come" as my theme song...guess they thought I needed some help!

Good luck to Jungle Skipper and Fat Cow...hope you find what you are looking for!

Hey, I've been to Six Flags St. Louis. I wonder if your DD saw me! Just don't make me ride the Screaming Eagle on our hot date. :)

Now my 6 year old rode the Screamin' Eagle and loved it! Okay, she screamed the entire time but wanted to go again when we were done! She is sort of stuck riding them since her mom (me!) is a roller coaster fanatic and there is nobody to watch her while I ride. thanks okay, though, I'm teaching her young about the "good things" in life!

Fat Cow - Don't let some stupid PM's make you give up. Who cares about them. You seem like such a great guy. Don't let them discourage you. This is your thread not theirs, they are just jealous of you.

Aww Jungle Josh you are so sweet...flowers, you must be the perfect guy!!!

me? perfect? far from it I'm afraid. far from it.

Just a lonely hopeless romantic with a lot of love to give...and suddenly a lot of free time! :teeth:

Jungle Josh

Don't say such things Jungle Skipper...so far your scoring a perfect 10....11 for the flowers.

Way to go, Jungle Skipper !!!

The Screaming Eagle was really rough when I rode it. And the sad thing is...I like out and back coasters! :)

AFFIRMATIVE !!!

By the way, are you having a better week? I hope so. :D

Glad to hear you approve calypso...i love your image of Cinderella and Prince Charming...my favorite. I must say Jungle Josh is definantly charming and wonderful. The only glitch...we are about 8 hours apart. The hands of fate are not kind to us.

Yes...8 long...painful hours apart....darn my luck.

Well Calypso, to answer your question, I am havign a slightyl better week than last...its been a strange emotional roller coaster of a week. The unemployment paperwork has been an absolute nightmare (I worked in Indiana, lived in Kentucky = 500 more pages of paerwork).

The worst part is I'm bored out of my mind...I'm used to working my butt off...now I have nothing do to so thats the worst part.

Thanks for asking! Makes me feel good knowing my friends on the Dis care.

Jungle Josh

Alright you two -- It's only 4 hours if you meet in the middle. (Being able to do that is a great foundation for a relationship.)

Wow I was in trainig this week and this thread is still up!!! How is everything going? Any more hook ups?

I just bought a brand new Nissan Pathfinder so I haven't had a chance to get on the boards much. Shopping for cars is so much fun until you get to the negotiations. I guess it was an early birthday present to me from me!!!! (only about a week early, I turn 24 May 29) I had to buy a bigger car and a 4x4 so I can make it camping this summer!!!

Hope all is well with everyone.

::yes:: Calypso is correct.....meeting in the middle is a great foundation :)

Jungle Josh sorry to hear about your job situation. Maybe the free time would be an opportunity to travel to SC ;)

Sending PD and Cupid arrows to both of you :sunny:
