On a spoiler site I read, when they said that Jess (Milo) was coming back for an episode this season, it mentioned that he is dating Rory (Alexis) yet in real life, so at least as of a few months ago they were an item.

Sorry, didn't mean to post if you consider this to be a spoiler. I don't post anything that is technically a "spoiler" but I didn't think this was. It is always posted on lots of entertainment sites/magazines when people make guest appearances on shows, so it isn't really a secret. This was posted months ago. Sorry if I offended anyone though, but I don't think this is a spoiler in any way shape or form. I just happened to see that they were still dating in real life on that site.

puffkin, I don't consider that a spoiler either. Unless it gives plot points of an episode, then it's not a spoiler (IMHO, YMMV).

Rory is just getting swept up in Emily's life!!!! And she thinks she has the right to get mad at Lor for her not telling her about Luke!!!! Even my DH who does not like Gilmore Tuesdays in my house watched and said what a brat!!! Poor Luke-- he's stuck with TJ doing the work

It is such a bummer that the Gilmore Girls aren't getting along. I really liked their relationship, and how well they got along.
Even at the end when they were having their conversation, I love the way they can banter back and forth with their one liners!!

And Luke was so sweet tonight, to fix Lors house instead of buying the other one. (I was wondering all along why they wouldn't just live in her house?!)

I hope Lane is on this season, I like her too.

Why didn't we see Luke giving her the ring? I thought the way last week ended we were going to see him give it to her at the full moon. Did I miss something. This was so disappointing.

I completely agree. I was hoping that we would see it and then there it is on her finger. Bad writers!

Rory is being a brat. I can understand her feeling left out from Luke and Lorelai's relationship at the moment but how does Lorelai feel about her moving in with Em and Rich?!?

On a side note...love Lorelai's new doggie

I wonder about the whole dog thing....
I mean, if they are getting married, she really should have consulted Luke first, since it will be living with them right.???
That would have been the nice, responsible thing to do.

I wonder if that will come up sometime in the storyline, that she bought a dog, she doesn't share much about Rory, she wants to stay in her house...hmmmmm, will she be ready to commit? Will she actually make it down the isle......??

I AGREE WAY TOO MUCH TJ and Liz!!!! Why are they back in such force-- so many other people I would rather see--

The Dog is very cute, I love how Lor states EVERYTHING the dog is afraid of, yet, he locks himself in the car!! that was great.

I LOVE this show, glad to have found this thread. BUT I thought last night's ep was awful. The writing seemed forced. It was like, "Let's get quirky folks! Ok, that's not quirky enough! QUIRKIER!" TJ & Liz, and Liz's little speech about her finger, ugh. Also, Lorelai & Rory have a very cute way of communicating with each other, with the fast speech and the pop culture references, etc. But I don't believe the whole town could possibly communicate that way. It just seemed forced last night--they were trying too hard. But I am very intrigued by the storyline so of course I will keep watching! I thought the premiere ep was great.

okay, I've only seen bits and pieces of the show over the last couple of weeks. Started checking it out a bit because we did the wb tour while we were in CA and we saw a huge chunk of the GG sets (both indoor and outdoor). Fun fact...the house that she was looking at, that I guess Luke wanted to buy (the brick one), was also the house the Baldwin Sisters lived in on the Waltons.

I know I am in the minority here, but with every episode that Luke and Lor are together, I dislike them as a couple more and more. She is so quick with the banter and it always seems like Luke is annoyed or disinterested with her. I keep expecting him to roll his eyes whenever she speaks. I want someone who can give her a run for her money (like Chris). We need it more than ever now that Lor and Rory are not speaking.

I also don't get why everyone thinks Rory is acting like such a brat. Yes, she made a huge mistake, but she has a right to take a break from school and reevaluate her future. It's not like she has been that nasty to her mother. People have different ways of dealing with confrontation and they just need some time apart. You can tell already that they miss one another.

I do agree that we need to see less TJ and Liz and we need more Lane, Paris, Michel, and Sookie. Here's hoping they can get it right with the upcoming episodes.

I liked last night's episode. I think Lorlei bought the dog to fill the void left by Rory. I like how Luke finally told Lorelei that he is stuck in the middle of her and Rory because he is. I like Luke and Lorelei because he is more human with her and I think he can keep up with her, but I do miss the Luke from the beginning of the series who was so stoic and grouchy

I agree that Luke can keep up with Lor, and also think that she has helped him not be so grouch all the time (of course the book on tape helped him too ) But I think with TJ around more we will surely see more of the old stoic grouchy Luke who always wants to kill someone -- at least taylor will have the heat off him while TJ is around

I think that Christopher will be back..... He will somehow find out about Lorlei and Rory's "Feud" and show up in stars hollow to see whats up, and of course, as whenever Christopher is around, things will heat up and the same old Christopher and Lorlei debate will begin. --and Luke will still be in the middle.
