WHAT?! I missed all of the last week. I know Reese got into a car accident, but what else is going on? Someone let me in on it? She is the real Carly?

Yep, Reese is Charlotte (Carly) from Carly's (Caroline) childhood. Her best friend since she was 6 years old who when Carly told Zander the story a few years ago had the most beautiful long, BLOND, hair.

They were best friends and she thought the friend died in the car accident and believed it was all her fault....isn't that the way it happened?

So Carly doesn't know that her best friend is still alive (Reese), but why Reese wouldn't want Carly to know is beyond me.

So much of that show seems to be written while someone is on the toilet. It's shabby and so unbelievable.

Michael has an imaginary friend, the new Felicia is nothing like the old Felicia, Carly is now married to Alcazar (I give it two more weeks), Sonny and Reese are sleeping together, and Jourtney are going to try and have a baby (gag)etc etc etc.

It's going to be a sucky summer on GH!

With the whole "Charloette/Reese/Carly/Caroline" storyline about to play.....here is the transcript from the scene where Carly (TB) tells Zander about her friend...

Zander: You're talking about another accident, not the one tonight.

Carly: Yeah, at Robert F. Kennedy High School. A head-on collision between a ford truck and a powder blue M.O. Convertible. Three fatalities -- Pam Farrell, Nancy Wallace, and the driver of the car, Carly Roberts.

Zander: Carly?

Carly: Her real name was Charlotte, but everyone called her Carly. She was my best friend.

Zander: Best friends with the same name.

Carly: Well, I was Caroline then. Caroline Benson from the wrong side of town. I'd known Carly since I was in kindergarten. She had this long, beautiful, blond, straight hair, and mine's wavy unless I dry it, so i almost always did and I still do. Even now. God, everything was just so easy for her. You know, and then -- and then after she died and I moved away from home, I -- I started using her name because I thought maybe that -- I don't know -- would make me into somebody that I liked a lot better than myself.

Zander: Did you see the accident?

Carly: Yeah, it was -- it was after cheerleading practice, and Carly was giving Pam and Nancy a ride home. She had -- she just turned out of the parking lot, made a left on Armstrong drive, and I was running after them, and I saw this black car. It just crossed the center line and headed straight for the convertible. And I bet she was laughing and she -- she never even saw it coming until it was too late.

Zander: Why were you running after them? Why were you running after Carly’s car?

Carly: You know, it doesn't -- it doesn't matter.

Zander: Then why are you so scared? Hey. Hey, whatever it is, the only way to get passed it is to say it out loud.

Carly: I can’t. I can’t.

Zander: Hey. Hey. You can trust me.

Carly: I've never told anyone. Not even Sonny. I'll try. Ok, Pam and Nancy, lived near Carly, and I lived across town, and we were all crammed into her car. And at the last minute, I realized that I left my sweater, so I jumped out to go get it. And when I came back, they were pulling away. And so I yelled after them to wait, and Carly, she just turned around and she said, "take the bus." And so there I was with my sweater in my hand, and I heard them laughing. And I saw her hair start to blow and I was screaming at them. And I just screamed, "I hope you crash and burn."

Zander: Hey. Hey, it wasn't your fault.

Carly: I did. No, I even tried to say I was sorry and -- and I think I was yelling at her to wait, and I think she heard what I said. And so what she did is she turned around and she looked at me. And the reason she didn't see that other car coming is because she was looking back at me -- at me and she couldn't swerve the car around because of --

Zzander: Carly, Carly, Carly, stop, stop, hey, hey. It wasn't your fault, ok?

Carly: I was the first one to the crash site. And this horn, it just -- it just kept blaring and blaring. Something was wrong with it and -- and Carly’s car was this -- this, like, crumpled pile of metal. And I saw Pam. And she was lying on the ground, and I didn't -- I didn't even stop for her. I just kept screaming. I kept screaming for Carly. And I couldn't find her. I couldn't -- then I saw her hair. Her long blond hair, but it was all -- it was all bloodied and tangled up, and -- and she was lying there dead. My best friend, she was dead because of me.

Zander: No a drunk driver crossed the lane and hit her. That's why she died.

Carly: But I said it, zander. I did, I said it. I --

Zander: Hey, hey. Carly, it was not your fault. It was not your fault.

Zander: It's ok.

Carly: Zander?


Should prove to be an interesting s/l now. At least it's something new that the writers are trying to bring in. Shows they are thinking a little outside the box and counting on the fans to remember a little history of the characters.

On the blonde hair issue and with Reese being so dark haired, I guess GH didn't need one more blonde character, there are quite a few as it is!

And reading that transcript proves even more how Carly stuttered all the time. I wonder if she really stutters, or it was acted out.

That might be the only interesting thing to come out of GH this summer, that and how Maxie gets her next heart (and I agree, it better not be Georgie!)

They should be using Rachel for this story instead of Reese. For one thing, Rachel has the long blonde hair that Caroline supposedly had. Rachel has a fakety fake V.C.Andrewsish last name that just screams of an alias. Also, It would just make more sense with Rachel being involved with AJ. Like if AJ knew the whole story about Caroline/Carly, wanted revenge on Carly, Dug up Caroline as a way to get that revenge.
In fact, up until they showed Reese having flashbacks, I honestly thought the spoilers were typos and they meant Rachel. That's how much Rachel being Caroline makes sense in my opinion.

The whole "beautiful blonde hair" thing had me cracking up the other day when they showed the flashback to high school. Did anyone else notice the HORRENDOUSLY bad blonde wig on the girl who was supposed to be Charlotte? YUCK! If that's the best they can do after repeatedly stressing her beautiful hair, budgets must really be tight in daytime tv!

Watched it the other night 'cause there wasn't a game on. I was surprised at how good they all are, with only having a week to learn the dance. I thought Kelly was unbelievable with their routine.

Back to the Carly/Reece storyline. Reece probably used to have blonde hair, but dyed it after the accident. It will probably come out that she had to have all kinds of facial reconstruction work done and that's why Carly doesn't recognize her. Reece's parents probably wanted to get her away from Carly since she was from the wrong side of the tracks.

Does anyone else want to see Ric and Alexis back together? Ric was so sweet to her when Kristina was getting her stitches earlier this week.

Also, I just don't know if I can get used to seeing this Felicia. I remember when BJ died I thought they really won't let her die, they don't kill off little kids, it's just too much. But they did. So, you never know if it will be Georgie or not. I really hope not because I think she's a good actress. Also, LOVE Dillon, he's a great actor also and the scenes with him and Mac were so good this week.

Wow, I for one hope the rumors are true! Enough of these terrible storylines, give me a this is a nightmare story and they all wake up and find out that everything is fine!

I too have enjoyed Kelly on Dancing with the Stars. She has publically thanked her Soap fans for keeping her in the running. I think she's doing great given that she is not a formal dancer.

Does Maxie get Durant's heart? Hmmm... he was shot today. Not a bad way to get him off the show.

I wish Reese would brush her hair. Do something with it, it is always a mess.

I also wish that Rick would come clean with Sonny about sleeping with Reese and about her secret.

I don't think it's going to be Durant. The spoilers I have read say it is either Tony's, Flea's, Georgie or the long shot is Frisco.

My money is on Tony's. He has asked to be killed off when he leaves.

I'm so tired of them killing off all the oldtimers.

Here are just a few:

The whole truth, and its fall out, is yet to come.

There will be a nod to Jason's history involving his transition
from Jason Quartermaine-- to the man he has become, as
he re-examines his priorities.

Liz becomes pregnant with Jax and Courtney's child.
This leads to tensions between both couples.

Emily finds herself moving away from Nikolas, and he her,
as they both move towards others.

The Hurricane is the kick-off to new, or reborn
relationships. Ric and Alexis will be stranded together.
Mikey will end up with Sam and Jason.
Liz, poor thang, finds herself in the company
of two hotties (Lucky and Jax)!

Its Another Goodbye...
At the end of May, Brad Maule (Dr. Tony Jones),
completed taping what was expected to be five episodes
involving Maxie's story. Expect to see them air beginning
in late June.

Speaking of Brad, don't miss this look back upon two of
the richest storylines ever seen on GH, both of which featured him
in the forefront. This slideshow highlights BJ's birth with
Tony Jones' first wife, Tania, mother to B.J., and Tania's untimely
tragic death. It also touches upon the death of BJ years later.

I must admit I haven't read all of this, so forgive me if this has been answered already, but is Stuart Damon (Alan) in a wheelchair? If so, does anyone know why? Maybe I missed something, but I don't remember. Thanks!
