Jason and Liz are together when she delivers. There is a major storm, Jason finds her unconscious and bleeding. He rushes her to GH. Meanwhile, Lucky and Coop are on patrol, they stop Mr. Craig for a traffic violation. Coop comes face to face with him. Lucky is unreachable due to the storm, so Jason is at liz's side when she delivers their son. Jason realizes he may not be able to let go. The secret is still in play, and Lucky is clueless. It does come out and Lucky is livid. Not just at Liz, but Lulu as well. Jason and Liz will start out as parents, but it will grow into a deep love.

It was probably for the best - DH went out to dinner tonight with co-workers (sort of a sendoff for one who is quitting) and he'd kill me if I watched it without him - you know I wouldn't have been able to resist. I posted before that Craig's tie to Jax is not the only shock that is coming his way.
Carly and Jax face a huge hurdle coming. Jax won't be as forthcoming about certain things as he ought to be. Craig knows just what to say and "HOW" to say it, to make Jax pause in taking action against him. Watch out, tricky Guza.

I spoiled before that Alexis, Carly, Jax, Craig and a little bit of Sonny is apart of this upcoming storyline. And it's very true.


Oh and as I spoiled Nik and company will be out of the Craig storyline pretty much by sweeps. That was just a holding place untill they knew SR was staying put.

Apart of NightShift core is Robin/Patrick. I don't want to say they centered the show about their romance, but it's a strong building block in the foundation of the show. That continues on General Hospital.

Nikolas reassures Emily that one of his greatest hopes is that someday she'll be his wife again.

Robin hints around that maybe it would have been the better decision to move in with Patrick.

*Jason is the father. But Jason and Liz are not set to be romantically paired anytime in the immediate future.

Despite appearances in the upcoming storyline. James Craig is NOT Jerry Jacks. However he will remain tied to the Jacks family. The discovery of Mr. Craig's idenity is a two-parter really.

Mr. Frons still is not relenting on giving Robin and Patrick an HIV pregnancy storyline. He fears it will tie the character of Patrick down too soon. However Frons, Guza and suprisingly Korte all support Patrick and Robin as a couple and wish to see it continue. Guza still has hopes pinned on the pregnancy storyline. It's been on the table since last year.

For those wondering:

Two possible pairings have been talked about recently:

Lucky/Sam and Alexis/Craig

The PTB are pretty much all over the map on these pairings. That said, those you probably wouldn't expect to support them... actually do. Things look pretty good at this point.

If anyone has taken any specific notice Jane Elliot has been given more story and screentime. This was a smart decision by the writers, as was the Alan-Ghost ploy. A lot of people, especially Jane were very unhappy at Stuart Damon's firing. They have made strides to appease certain people. Especially Jane.


No actor can dictate what pairing they have on the show. Anyone telling you different is lying.

I've seen quite a few BIG timers on this show not very happy with their current pairing and having to play it out for months until the WRITERS wanted to go in a new direction.

That is absolute fact.

Another fact is that most actors, not all, but most really just want a good story. It's not some pre school where they throw tantrums and demand one pairing over another.

In my expirence , I think most actors have their favorite acting partners, their favorite storylines, things like that. But they are much more interested in their character and how the writers write them.
That has been the main bone of contension on the set.

Moving on:

Carly will remain heavily in Jax's storyline. The Sonny/Carly/Jax triangle pretty much gets wrapped up during sweeps. They are going to be focusing more on chemistry testing for Maurice. Thats been the plan all along.

The PTB were not happy but also not suprised by Ted King's departure. They paid a heavy price to keep him on , only to realize they didn't have much of a plan for him on the show. Ted gave them ample time to come up with one. But something always took top priority over it.

Robin Christopher was not happy. She reportedly liked playing Skye very old school again. She and Rick Hearst have been working together more and more. I'm not really sure if this is a long term storyline though. There seems to be more focus given to Ric's problems with Alexis/Sonny/Jason. But that could change. If it doesn't rumor has it Rick may be concidering his options in the future. He's not been happy.

The PTB really are huge supporters of Julie Marie. They see lots of long term potenical there. They want to find a something thats going to make her shine and give her a longterm storyline. This sweeps may be the jumping off point for that.

Scotty plays a very low game in the fight for Laura's gardianship and LuLu suffers from old family secrets.


First off, I want to say that Bob scrambled to create this story to entice Sebastian to stick around. Sebastian really is from what I've noticed a wonderful actor and many people enjoy having him on the set. It's something that writers and the PTB like. Especially when they see that SR got a good fan response during sweeps. A VERY GOOD response. Numbers on his character during sweeps were through the roof.

Sebastian orginally agreed to stay on a bit longer, and they quickly devised the Nikolas- Counteragent storyline. While most agree the storyline hasn't been entirely popular. There were reasons they did this.

First off, Nikolas/Emily and Robin/Patrick score very well with the audience. They also took Aleixs out of her current storyline direction and put her in the Craig storyline to see how things might "click" so to speak.

They refused to work to much on Craig's back story or firm it up until they knew Sebastian would stick around. Basically they didn't want to be left twisting in the wind.

When Sebastian got upped to Contract status. Bob once again switched gears. As far as Alexis goes. That part of the storyline got a very good response. Which I think Bob sort of planned on. He deliberately devised situations where Craig and Alexis would be closer and bond. In case you haven't figured it out. He's the one supporting Craig/Alexis.

But it will take some time. In the beginning of sweeps, Alexis will be tying up some loose ends with Ric reguarding the custody of Molly. Then you'll see Alexis move towards a story with Jax, Carly, and Craig. They've purposely have added last minute scenes with Jax and Alexis and Craig/Alexis to tie in with this upcoming storyline.

As of right now. Jason is the father. There are no immediate plans to romantically put Jason and Liz together. But Jason will be raising his son with Liz.

Also for all those who are worried that there won't be a proper fallout. Don't worry. SOMEONE finds out and all hell breaks loose. Liz and Cameron move out of Laura's home.

Sam gets two huge blows in a short period of time.

I'll say it now. After sweeps things look really bleak for Jason/Sam and Lucky/Liz. I don't know if thats forever. But thats what it is.

And that shouldn't worry you persay. With both Natalia and Tyler's contracts being up (Last time I checked..Natalia recently resigned) , I didn't expect to be hearing much.

I do know that Tyler loved his storyline with Sebastian.
And Nikolas and Emily's numbers as a couple still rank high.

Some really good scenes are coming up as Nikolas is on death's door. He pledges his love to Emily.

Logan left a HUGE clue. I'm hoping someone caught it.

He asked Cooper if he was afraid they'd be on opposite sides of the war?

They will be.

Brian Frons is delighted that Kirsten Storms found her spot on the show at last. They created Cooper's character specially for Maxie. Much like Craig. He was another "Happy Surprise."

Cooper and Maxie's relationship hits a rough patch as he struggles to keep her out of his dealings with Sonny and being an informant. But Maxie being Maxie, she doesn't stay out of anything.

Sonny

His main dealings with be with Kate Howard and the soon to be picking up pace- Logan/Cooper/Ric/Sonny storyline.

Lorenzo's death is really what kicks the storyline into gear. Skye plays a role in this as well.

As I said they will be chemistry testing with Maurice and taking things slow in this new storyline. Kate comes to town and Sonny "catches onto" her situation before anyone else does.

Insider I know you said that Jason and Liz will be raising their son together, can you tell us if Liz will be living in the PH with Jason and Cameron?

Are there plans to gradually have them turn romantic?

I know Liz and Cameron move out. That Jason takes an active role in his son's life with Liz. Liz/Jason aren't becoming romantic in the immediate future and things look bleak for Lucky/Liz and Jason/Sam post sweeps.

He finds her at her house. He's concerned about her with the bad weather. He is heading off to kill Lorenzo but wants to call her first because she was scared and nervous the last time he saw her. When she doesn't answer her phone, he panics and goes to the house.

To clarify my answers. I was asked if Emily and Patrick are moving into Wyndamere and since they're not I answered No. Later on when I was asked if they're moving in together, I stated yes they're moving into Patrick's apartment.
What about Alexis asking Craig to the wedding. Any details on that. How does the scene take place, why are they together ect?

It happens at Wyndamere. She mentions it in passing almost like it's no big deal. He tells her he'd love to but he has a previous engagement. She brushes it off as if it doesn't matter. Nikolas then enters with Robin and nothing more is said of it. Alexis is there regarding the Laura situation.

There isn't much of Maxie as of the week of May 7 but Lulu is everything. She has upcoming stuff with Carly, her three bf's, Logan, Sonny, Jason, Lucky, Luke, Tracy and Scott.
