I heard Courtney is coming back-she said her story lines finally got really good. On Friday's show they showed someone laying in a bed. I bet Mike dies.

Someone mentioned that Sonny and Emily were voted favorite couple in SOD-maybe the magazine thought that because people were watching GH again-but not for those 2.

I also read don't county out Sonny and Carly-but I'm sure Emily will probably get pregnant with her one encounter with Sonny.

when Emily got Rick to plead the Dr's to give Sonny the syrum, I thought that was the lamest thing I ever saw. When Tony asked Rick if he had to choose, would it be his wife Alexis or Sonny. Rick rolled right out of the room after that one.

just saw Monday's episode... I missed Tony's death.. which REALLY upset me because I always liked Tony.. and Brad Maule... I would have enjoyed the scenes with Brad Maule and Tony Geary.

I believe Natalia Livingston is doing the best she can with "Emily", but dang the writers need to have Em go away for a bit. Maybe she can fall into a pit on Spoon Island and re discover the Em we liked. The compassionate girl with a backbone....

My hopes for 2006 include keeping "Spanky Buns" Tracy and Luke together.
That is unless Genie Francis reappears.. then Luke and Laura would connect and Spanky would bow out.... as gracefully as Tracy could muster.

Laura Wright is making Carly her own. I find her scenes believable. She has brought the passion back to Carly. I just do not want to see Sonny and Carly back together. Carly is hard headed.. but I am hoping that she has finally learned that a relationship with Sonny is not good for her... but who knows...??

Anybody here wanna chip in on a economy size bag of SALT PETER to be sent to GH for SONNY?
I was LMAO today because I swear Sonny was gonna jump Em's bones even tho he is sicker than a dog in that hospital bed.... Holy cow.....

Is anyone else as astounded as I am at the way GH just dropped the Courtney kidnapping storyline?! There's Courtney being wheeled into the ER and Jax says "I found where Helena was holding you but you escaped by then!" That's convenient! Boy, Helena must be losing her touch if a pregnant woman shackled to a bed can just walk out of her clutches!

Talk about the LAMEST explanation for dropping a plot line! I understand TPTB wanted to take the character in some new directions for this epidemic storyline, but come ON. I mean, at least show how Courtney escaped! Where was that scene?

Didn't another spoiler say that the virus would claim both the very old and the very young? That could be Courtney's baby, who would be in the Corinthos family. I hate when they kill off kids and babies I think it will probably be Mike, though.

I just got caught up watching last week's and yesterday's episodes after being in WDW for a long weekend.

I cried when Tony died, and then the shot of Luke with his eyes all red and teary eyed.....that was hard to watch.

I think it's Mike that is going to perish, not Edward Q.

UGH!! How DUMB is it that Dr. Objectivity, (Drake?) who is supposed to decide who gets the serum, wants to make Emily choose between Nik and Sonny? blech.

I was actually touched (in the "I know it's just a soap ..." way) by Tracy's heart to heart with Dillon, as well as Maxie's line that convinced Mac to sign the consent. And that he showed up to give her away. sniff.

What ever happened to Felicia? She was such a great character. Don't you think that she should have showed up for her daughter's wedding? I didn't see all of it yesterday so i don't know if it ever explained why she wasn't there. Wouldn't it be great if Frisco showed up too! I really did bother me that he chose his career over Felicia and his children. But hey it is a soap opera, should i expect otherwise?

Felicia and Dr. Steven Webber (Elizabeth's brother who they brought on briefly and tried to get romantically involved with Carly) just dropped off the face of the soap screen, like so many others before them.

They had "Fake Felicia"..as like to call her...when Maxi was having all that trouble with the rejection of the transplant back a while..and then she also was around during the train wreck...or at least I thought they had a scene with her at the site of the wreck. Maybe I'm halucinating! But no mention of her lately. They should have at least mentioned where she is...she usually vanishes to go to Texas to nurse her ailing old aunt...who I think was Timmy"s..of Timmy& Lassie, mother! Do I have that right..?

They should have Frisco show up...so then Mac can give him a punch in the face also...just like he Robert. Jeez, you'd think the secret agent man would show up for his brothers funeral....Guess he's off fighting crime...maybe he's lookin' for Bin Laden or something!

I'm I the only one getting a kick out of Sonny not looking sick at all and he's equal with Nicholas as the 2 sickest in the hospital. Nic looks horrible, Sam, Alexis, Skye, Tony, Dillion, Courtney all look(ed) bad. But Sonny isn't shivering, hallucinating, sweating...nothing.

Curses to who even mentioned Emily constantly wiping her nose and face with those dirty virus ridden gloves. That is ALL I can focus on now. I just keep laughing. A highly contagious virus and she's going back and forth between 2 near death patients and constantly wiping her face but she's not getting sick...ok that makes sense.

I haven't watched GH in years, at least 10. Anyway, I started watching again since they have brought back some of my old favorites

I have a few questions:

1. Why are Luke and Tracy married? They obviously don't love each other. Also, what happened to Laura?

2. Why do they keep saying Michael is Sonny's son; I thought he was AJ's?

3. Is Morgan Sonny's son?

4. Are Tony and Bobby still married? I know he just died, but I was curious if they were still married, they seemed to still be in love with each other.

5. Where is Felicia and Frisco and why does Mac have custody of Maxie and Georgie?

6. Are Monica and Alan still married?

7. Who is Dillan's father?

I cried also. I thought it was so touching the way he and Bobby said good-bye and remembered all of the good times. It also reminded me of how good GH used to be imo. I loved all the oldies as they were the goodies. I think we as viewers have been lulled into such a sense of mediocrity with this show that anytime there is a sense of what is used to be like, it really strikes a chord within me.

Boy, I hope it's not Mike that perishes, but I bet you're right. I really wish they'd kill off Edward. I have not been happy since the "real" Edward left for Days.

I have been FF through the Courtney/Helena/Jax fiasco. I can't stand it.

I also thought the same thing about Emily wiping her nose with the sterile gloves. Ewwwww..... I still think she and Sonny are gross and have no chemistry. It's painful for me to watch.

The bright spots for me are Lulu, Carly (never thought I'd say that, Lol), Dillon (yes, I'd be after him if I were 18 also! ) Tracy (loved her heart to heart with Dillon about Georgie ) and Luke, Skye and Alcazar. I love Steve Burton, but am growing tired of the same old scenes with him.

I have never posted on this thread before. I wanted to know if anyone else has a hard time watching when Emily is on. She talks like she is she is having an asthma attack or she just ran up 50 flights of stairs. She drives me nuts!!!! I just want to grab her and tell her to catch her breath!!!!!

1. Why are Luke and Tracy married? They obviously don't love each other. Also, what happened to Laura? Look & Laura were divorced. Right before they were going to renew their vows, Heather Webber murdered Rick Webber & somehow or other made (drugs maybe?) Laura have a psychotic breakdown. Laura is now in a mental hospital. Fast forward a few years to Luke & Tracy. I missed how it all happened, but I think it has something to do with a blackmail scheme gone wrong. Luke ended up tricking Tracy into marrying him so he could get ? 5 million ? dollars from her. All she has to do is give him the money & he will give her a divorce.

2. Why do they keep saying Michael is Sonny's son; I thought he was AJ's? He is, but Sonny adopted him

She isn't. When she first came to town, it was thought that she was Alan's daughter. After it was proven she wasn't, Edward had changed his will leaving everything to her. He made her an "unofficial" Q.

Okay so where is Scorpio lately....not much of a part so far..he's made his debut..gotten socked in the mouth...and not much story though...need to move it along here..I'm getting a bit bored watching people faint and feel dizzy.(espeically Sonny who doesn't even look sick!) Aside from the Tony dying ..which was really good..this is starting to feel like the train wreck that went on for weeks. Hope they pick up the pace.
Thought the Tony scene was especially well done..too bad they didn't use him to his abilities. It really tied things together with Luke being in the room. The tears in his eyes said it all. Wonder what they will do with Luke and Robert sure isn't like the old days..seems Robert has still been in the spy bizz and Luke...turned into a drunk who hates everybody. At least the scenes with Lulu are really good. They have great chemistry together.
