Not really had chance to update, we have been really busy but also managing to fit quite a bit of pool time in.
First up :CSR
We are in building 9b. These are the club level rooms which I suppose we have been upgraded to. The location is good, about equal distance to the main pool and the el centro but we haven't used the 'club' facilities. The room doesnt look any different to normal rooms but does have a DVD player and upgraded mattress which is great. The pool is great and never too crowded. We have only used the snack bars so can't comment on the restaurants. The marshmallows at the nightly campfire has been a highlight to Maya. Was disappointed that there was not hair dryer which was a pain so I went to ask at front desk. They said its hanging up in a bag, I said its not, ok so we will send one. 10 minutes later a call from house keeping to say we have one its hanging up. Anyway to shorten the story, I was told six times we have one and it actually took someone to come and check our room to convince them we didn't and we finally received one. Turns out we have no tv remote either but can't be bothered with that argument so we will do without. Last person must have helped themselves to both. Overall I don't know that I would choose to come back to CSR, I think I would try a different Disney hotel next time. Not convinced that the moderate is that much better than the values. Not used the buses.
Kennedy: unfortunately no shuttle in the VAB but it was still really amazing. Both Atlantis and Endevour were in a building next door but not visible. The rocket launch was also put back. One of the interesting facts was that both Challenger and Columbia (what's left of them, rebuilt) are in there but it was only mentioned after we got back on the bus and they are definitely not on show. I think that the extra $25 for the tour was well worth the money.
We are moving to Old Key West in a couple of hours then off to DHS later this afternoon.
