I was a little down yesterday because my bf left for a 5 day trip to Indiana with a friend of his for some gaming convention. I really really missed him yesterday, especially last night...it was soooo quiet here in the house after Maddy went to sleep!

I woke up this morning and called him and he said that his friend was in a pretty grumpy mood. I asked why and my bf said that when he woke up, he found his friend and his matress, blanket, sheets, and pillow in the bathroom.

Laughing, I asked why in the world he drug all of that in there, and all my bf said was, "What do YOU think?"

My bf snores so badly that I can hear him in MY room down the hall. I started laughing, feeling sort of bad for his friend. My bf is the King of People Who Snore. His friend even recorded him snoring with his telephone and played it back for him this morning.

Hahahahaha....while I still miss him, at least I don't have to hear the snoring for a couple of days :)

YEAH, GenCon! That's it! I didn't really know what it was...he wanted to go for a mini vacation and so far it has been that great for them.

GENCON is the biggest role playing gamers convention in the country. It's basically a hotel set up for tons of games to be run, and people sign up to join different games. A lot of gaming publishers unveil new products during it.

I'm hoping to go in 2005! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

Glad he's having fun!

My best friend is an earplug!!!! Never go anywhere without it!

LOL Stepharoonie. I wear earplugs to bed b/c my husband snores so loud. He just came home from 9 days in Sturgis, SD. I missed his snoring, but now after being home for 5 days I asked him if he was sure he didn't want to go away again lol. You can't win. You miss the snoring when they are gone, but the minute they get back it drives you nuts.

Wonder if those "breathe right" strips would work for your BF's snoring?

Sometimes you need a little noise to fall asleep. I can't sleep in total peace and quiet.

Oh well, at least your BF knows he has a snoring problem. Some folks won't admit to snoring, even with taped evidence. :rockband:

You poor thing. My MIL snores so loudly that you can hear her when she is asleep in a chair, from the outside of her house. She just laughs about it.

They didn't work for my husband, but they work great if your stuffed up. Also, the throat spray they advertise doesn't work either.
