The Nicest CRO Call in Recent Memory

Since I always post complaining when things don't go right, I wanted to take a second and post this. I just got off the phone with Conan at CRO. He was the nicest, most polite & patient CM I've ever talked to. My reservations have been a mess due to frequent changes, payment issues, etc. and he took the time (and lots of patience) to go through every single aspect of each one. He set up all of my PS as well & went through various options without my asking.

I'll definitely be writing a letter to WDW about Conan & his great customer service. Now if it could just be like that everytime.

I just got off the phone with Camilla, and she was really patient with me while I 'attempted' to sort out my PSs and get them booked.
I tried to book CG for 12/24, but evidently no more PSs are being taken for that night.
Of course I know that I'll have to call back again, because DH keeps waffling about which CP show date he wants to do.

However, she was really nice and even when I had her on hold while I was discussing dates with DH, she didn't complain a bit!!

It was so refreshing!!
