could somebody please knock some sense into me ? I just finished watching Stepmom on t.v. and now my eyes are all puffy, my nose is all stuffy, and I'm getting a headache from bawling for the last hour and a half. Now I remember why I don't like sad movies .

I made the mistake of taking my godkids to see that movie....I thought it was supposed to be a funny movie, the previews looked funny but I didn't read the reviews on it or I never would have went...I took my young godson who had cancer to see that movie, I never would have done that if I read about it....live and learn, I never made that mistake again!!

I thought it was supposed to be funny when it came out too. I only found out it was sad when it was on a list of top ten tearjerkers. I had never seen it and saw it was on so decided to watch. I'm paying for it now.

The tearjerkers list was here on the dis. I went back and found it and I'm sorry Stepmom isn't on the list. It was just discussed as a tearjerker in the thread. Guess my memory is fuzzy lately .
