We woke up at 8am and got dressed ready to hit the parks (We don't really 'do' breakfast.)... I was ready to go very quickly, but Robert did his usual trick of preening himself like a budgie in the mirror for a while before we finally got to set off through the Village!
It wasn't long before we were through the bag check area and into the park! At Last!!!! After slaving away for that damn degree, I was finally here as my reward!
We headed straight off for Discoveryland:
Where we had two goes on Buzz Lightyear, which we'd both become surprisingly rusty at! It's still easily one of our favourite rides though! From here, we headed round to Fantasyland where we went on the teacups three times, and then on Peter Pan twice. We then noticed it was time to head over for rope drop at Frontierland, and I noticed Natasha from the DIS sat on a bench with her boyfriend Matt! We chatted for a bit and got a picture together:
Then the rope dropped and we all headed off to Big Thunder Mountain, where we queued for just under 15 mintues (Loads of people had sprinted straight over so the line had really built up!)... God I love that ride!! When we got off, we arranged to meet up with Natasha and Matt the next day so I could finally get to go on TOT with them! We then headed off seperately to enjoy our days in the parks!
Robert and me wandered and looked at the Halloween decs for a bit:
We then headed off for a ride on Phantom Manor, which we really enjoyed. We hadn't seen it since it's refurb and it was just brilliant. Everything was much clearer and it seemed almost like a new ride! From here, we headed round to Adventureland for two goes on POTC. We then wandered through Fantasyland with the ultimate goal of getting back to the Village for lunch at Cafe Mickey... En route, I felt someone touch my arm and say: "Bob?" It was Suze from the DIS! We had a bit of a chatter before we had to get going for lunch. I kicked myself a couple of minutes later when I realised we didn't get a picture together for the boards! It was lovely meeting you Suze!!
We got to Cafe Mickey around 12:05, and I've reviewed our fabby meal
It was a very hot day, so we wandered back to the hotel for a drink in the bar:
We then headed up to our room for a bit of a rest, and then went back to the park, where Minnie's party train was just coming out:
We had a wander around to POTC, and then Robert asked if we could pretty please go round to Star Tours. I reluctantly agreed, remembering how ill it had made me last time! However, it didn't make me feel ill this time! Hooray! We then headed round to Frontierland for a go on Phantom Manor and two goes on BTM. We then headed for one last go on POTC, before we headed out of the parks for the day (We were shattered!). We had a lovely meal at the Chicago Steakhouse, which I have reviewed . We left feeling very full indeed, but still had a wander round the Village before returning to the Sequoia Lodge for a bath and an early night!

Can`t wait for day three.
The rest of my TR (and dining reviews) are up now!! 
. (I'm still waiting for my reward trip, though now have another year to get a post grad cert so I should get two reward trips I think).
