This is kinda hard to explain. Below me is from the Urban Dictionary:

It seems as though Ms. Stefani has had some incidents in which another young, presumably female, individual has made some disparaging remarks about her character. Banzai - That pretty much hit the nail on the head. In the song Gwen Stefani is saying she "ain't no hollaback girl". Instead of hollerin' back she is gonna whoop up on said chick under the bleachers!!
