Wow, Debbie--you did good, remembering everybody I'm impressed!

I'm psyched today (No, Debbie--I did NOT say psycho--tho that may fit, too )---good shopping deals (the ONLY way I can afford to shop... ).

Lets see----from Amazon.com--DVD player---79.99---my cost---19.99 ( thanks to test drive and on-line survey rewards.

We can now finally enter the new millenium with a DVD player!)

CCB-Paris---With a code, if you buy 2 items, you get the more expensive free....so, I got a 32.00 moisturizer and a mini cologne for 6.25 (that was 1.00 for the cologne and 5.25 for shipping --lol!)
Then, I ordered a 2nd time, getting an eye area moisturizer (regularly 20.00) and another cologne for--yep--6.25, again.

It was cheaper to pay S&H twice than to add the eye cream on to the first order.

Now, I am getting ready to go check the clearance aisles at K-Mart and Target. Got an electric razor for Mike the other day (his wore out several months ago) marked down from 39.99 to 9.94.
Gotta love a deal like that!

good morning cheerleaders...

even after 2 nights of 8 hours sleep, i am still feeling the exhaustion of my trip! can't wait for the weekend...

we do have a "cheap date" palnned for saturday. it'll be our first official "social" function as mr and mrs! a friend of mine is getting married here in town. so we'll have a beautiful ceremony, good food, and dancing all night long!! i can't wait...i'll have to rest up before we go though...if i don't...i may just fall over into the cake!

matthew has all of our pix on a cd and they are on our computer at home. he says that he'll put them on our website so that everyone can check them out. i'll get after him tonight to do it!

Personally, I'd say we're Rocky Road - we have our share of rocky times, even though we post fluff for the most part (marshmallow), we have our share of nuts (the nuts), and we're indescribably delicious (chocolate)!

That there's some sharp shopping, Miss Poohsie - I gotta take you shopping with me!!

Brandie, I'm usually exhausted after a trip to WDW, but it's generally because of the mountains!

Hey Mrs. Milo----------thanks, I think.........checked that SW thingie........RT non-stop from Manchester is $173 .........and my sister is interested in a little getaway............hhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmm I'm trying to remain calm here, but MAYBE..................just MAYBE................12/4-12/8......wonder if SSB has any vacant space at the lemonade stand.....course there's always the govt rate at the S/D, though I do like a little open air ambience...........then there's ALSO Sue's lounge chair by the GROTTO ...........

They're gone! They CLEANED the family room !!! A few dishes to do, DH doing them!! My house and computer are still here! All that remains is some leftovers (chicken. pasta salad, assorted chips, and some yummy looking pudding/trifle thingie!!mmmmm).
Looks like I won't have to cook tomorrow night before Survivor!!! Oh, also...the faint odor in our (unventilated) basement family room of 20 sweaty teenage bodies! Gotta go get the Lysol) then call my sister to see about a trip...............

BTW--I did check...no good airfares from Louisville, yet...unless one had a desire to fly out of MCO at 0530 on Sunday, 12/8. Not a good idea for me.....

She can't go that week due to work commitments
DH can't either for the same reason. She would go the following week, but that gets almost to the point that his job goes on "shutdown" (the 15th)anyway........and I don't want to go AFTER DisCon, closer to Xmas, or alone........so I guess it's just a no go. Just as well, it would have been more $$ than I really ought to have spent on it anyway. Trying to convince myself. DH wants to do something non-Disney/wrm weather in Jan or Feb.

Maybe we should have a NonConNorth meet or sumpin' on Dec 7........meet in Boston and "drink around the Freedom Trail" or sumpin' hehehehe

Evening All!
I think Mom should check Orbitz for airfare. I found 145 round trip on Delta w/ direct flights both ways that week. Now if only I had the money to buy the tix.
I have this bad habit of spendng too much tie looking at airfare and playing o Starwood's site. Always wanting to go somewhere, never getting to go as much as I want to.
