It's been a busy weekend around here. I told MIL that I'd make a "Save the Date" card for her 50th anniversary party. Now I'm committed to make 100 of them - but first she needs to tell me which design she wants. Oh, and she wants them to go out by the end of the month. Yesterday afternoon
ohanafamily and I went to an Albertson's in Plano - to the bank there - to visit a real Disney fan. She used to manage a
Disney store but left when "the powers that be" decided to strip all the good merchandise out and turn it into a glorified toy store. She's got a Mickey clock hanging over her desk and a Pluto clock sitting on it. Guess you can take the girl out of Disney but you can't take Disney out of the girl.
We're waiting patiently for more story

I think our trip to
Disneyland Paris is definitely off now.
ohanafamily's been checking on a daily basis but airfare is just too high and doesn't look like it will be dropping any time soon. Add that to the fact that the dollar is weak and everything over there will be quite expensive, it would turn into a quite pricey trip. On the bright side, it looks like we'll get TWO trips to WDW instead - one in May and the other at the beginning of October when other Tagliarchians will be there.
(Please don't tell
Nephosaurus or
Nieceosaurus though. I'm afraid if they find out we won't get a moment's peace for months.)
I'm so glad to see everyone that wandered over to the Dark Side made it out safely.
Deadheadbelle you can borrow the GPS any time you want/need, as long as you promise to use it.
And as a note to any Tagliarchian that finds him/herself lost over there, we'll always send in a search party to find you and bring you home safely!!!
