NEW YORK - Cable television systems giant Comcast Corp. proposed early Wednesday to buy theme park and entertainment giant Walt Disney Co. for stock valued at about $54 billion.

The nation's biggest cable systems operator said it would also take on $11.9 billion in Disney debt to push the total value of the deal to $66 billion.

"This is a unique opportunity for all shareholders of Comcast and Disney to create a new leader of the entertainment and communications industry," said Comcast President and Chief Executive Officer Brian L. Roberts said in a statement.

Good morning...I think I got the virus problem solved, but tonight I deal with my Mcafee. There should have been no way that that virus (from last year) should have gotten past the scans. I AM TIRED AND CRANKY. I PAY THEM A LOT OF $$$ FOR THIS VIRUS SCANNER. Besides, I will have to miss Meredith tonight (darn)

I give Colby a 10 for his eyes, a 10 for that killer smile, a 10 for the bod, a 9 for his age (too young for me, as if I would #1 have a chance, or #2 take that chance if offered because I'm married), and I think he has a great personality, so from me he gets a 10 for that too.

I think I'm the last remaining human being who (prepared to duck the rocks and garbage) thinks that Johnny Depp is pretty darn gross. He could be splayed out on my door step, a flower in his teeth, bearing gifts for me, and I'd step over him and mutter, "Take a shower," and keep moving.

Sean Connery in his hey day was just awesome. An 11 if there ever was one. And Pierce Brosnan since Sean reminded me of the whole 007 thing. Pierce is pretty nice to look at.

But overall, my general rule, the two gentleman above notwithstanding, I like them big and stupid. Gimme Tino Martinez or Paul Oneil, both of the NY Yankees. Or Chad Curtis. And I loves me some Howie Long.

Ewan McGregor - Never saw Moulin Rouge. I don't think I've ever seen Ewan in a movie. I'll go by his pic. 7.0

Sean Connery - How can one not love Sean? I will take no points off for his age. He is like a fine wine. 8.0

Colby - He's too pretty. I don't trust him. 6.0

Antonio Banderas - I'm going with "too greasy" also. Although he seems to have a good sense of humor. I really liked him in the Spy Kids movies. 7.0

Johnny Depp - I'm sorry [color=33FF00]Depplyinluv[/color], I don't think he is very good looking. And he tries too hard to be mysterious. He comes off as an arrogant jerk. I know we aren't supposed to factor in personality, but I can't help it on this one. .0001

I also agree with you about Sean Connery, but not so much on Pierce.

Colby: About 7 - 8.5, depending on which point in time we're talking.
