The New, Somewhat Improved, Non-Official Twilight Information and Discussion Thread

My best friend's mom just read the books, and she has a little theory that I'd like to share with you all. She thinks that in BD, Bella will end up with Jacob until she's 30, but then go back to Edward and become a vampire. I bet her a mountain dew that it won't happen. XD

I have a few reasons why. Number one, Bella loves Edward too much. I don't think, even if she does love Jacob, that she could completely leave Edward until she's 30. Number two, Stephenie Meyer couldn't finish that whole story in one final book. There's no way she could write about the time that she's with Jacob AND what happens after she goes back to Edward in just one book.

She is dead set on her theory, but I told her that it won't happen because I hate Jacob. xD

so, what do you think? What are your BD theories?

I think on the day of the wedding with Edward, Jacob's gonna show up and ruin Bella's life.... haha jk jk he'll ruin her wedding plans and then she'll be all upset and bratty like usual and blah blah blah same story line as Eclipse. But then she'll see that Edward's really her mate and yadda yadda yadda. I mean don't get me wrong on this, I love this story but it's a little cheesy. I mean COME ON! I want the drama here, baby. Bella is torn between two guys, immortality doesn't even COUNT! DRAMA ALERT! I'm just doubting Stephanie Meyer's ability to show the drama. That's all.

I say that because I do not support the movie. I am not happy with the cast, and I everything they've released so far has been disappointing. I don't like it, so I'm not going to pretend I do.
I'm a fan of the books, not the movie. I'm that way with Harry Potter. I can be totally obsessed with the books, but that does not mean I have to like the movies.

I second that. Movies are never as good as books.
...Except for Ella Enchanted, lol.

And I second the whole cast-is-out-of-it thing because none of them look how I imagined, I feel that they barely look as Stephanie Meyer described.

My theory is that the Volturi will get their butts kicked and the Cullen's will take over BUT they wont be power hungry like he Volturi are.Bella is going to luwer(sp?) them to Forks some how.

I say this b/c the BD cover! the white peice represents the Volturi as the big head ppl then the red pone is bella. bella was red on Ecpilse b/c she was being pulled in two directions and snapping like the ribbon.

OR

The white piece is actualy a queen! and there is a secret queen of the Volturi that even the Cullen's don't knw about! bella will be he pone still.

BUT none the less...Volturi will FALL! lol and i already have a theme song for that part! Viva La Vida by Coldplay! listen to it and the words are perfect!

The Jessica I see for the Jessica in the movie is a Jessica I know in real life. I dunno why though, they're not really alike. But I do dislike both of them.

Anyhoo, I think it'll end up being Jacob running in on their wedding screaming that she should be with him. It's cliche, it's over used and I'm sure SM would use it.
But I don't really know, all I can say is I want Jacob to find someone else. Because I'm sure, even if Bella chose Jacob, I think she'd be choosing it so she could have a real life with him, and that's not a good reason for her to do that. She'd always have this yearning to go back to Edward.
And even if she has a yearning for Jacob when she's with Edward, I don't feel that it's as strong, and part of that kind of love she feels for him, is a bit of pity.

Good news everyone!
My mom is now officially a Twilight fan!
She stayed up til 2:00 reading it, she stopped at the baseball chapter. So she read a little more than 3/4 of it haha.

*sigh* she won't read it.. even my 27 year old sister is reading it. She's falling for Edward. "Oh, Edward sounds kinda cute. That Mike Newton kid is so annoying! He talks too much! I wish I was Bella.." LOL! She's only at chapter 4 on Twilight, too.

For me, I'm in the middle of New Moon.
