On iCarly, Spencer got a Pear Phone app which allowed him to do 30 mins of exercise a day, by breaking it down to 10 seconds of exercise, 180 in all. I did the math, and that would be having to exercise every 8 minutes (or more realistically, every 4 minutes for 12 hours). I think that's a pretty good idea, but it's probably easier to do it for 3 minutes every hour for 10 hours (or 5 minutes every hour for 6 hours). But then would you actually lose weight? I would like to try this
