Took some gems to get Ray, and finish out his last level. Not too bad. And got the common attraction in the P aTF LC so now I can finally level up some of those characters that have just been waiting.

Welcomed the last fairy, and for my trouble, got 19 gems and lots of duplicate pins from the two chests.

Been sitting at 6 hats for 24 hours now. Gonna be one of those kinds of finishes I guess. Still working EC though (have wings and headband things) and I have time. Will probably gem at 24 hours remaining to try and get the last two pin chests for all those duplicates.

Hat drops have slowed considerably, but I'm up to 9/12. Still got loads of time (almost three days).

Meanwhile, leveling Gantu to 10. He'll be done in five hours.

Got Vidia so even if I don't get the "thank you" screen...I'm done.

Of the two pin chests that come with her, I got two new pins. Got 87/96 with 40 days left.

Was a good pins drop day today. Finished the event and got a 5 star from those chests. Finished first in the trophy thing and got another 5 star pin. And the daily chest gave a 4 star pin. I'm at 92/96 right now.

Came in 4th for trophies and got a new pin out of it. Sitting at 88/96.

Vidia and Silvermist are doing the last task, so two Legendary pin chests are coming in an hour. Meanwhile, just leveling different characters...got Madae Leota doing her thing right now.

Hopeful to finish off some of those 9s before the next big event and maybe get Figment to 9 also. Not spending a lot of effort on the crabs thing.

Question on the cursed crabs - if crabs only regenerate once every 4 hours and I always send out the maximum 3 people per 4 hours and have been pretty steady with not having dead time......how do some leaders have double the amount of mine on the leaderboards if it's not possible to generate more prior to the 4 hour mark?

Gems and/or time skips. My leaderboard #1 has 37. Second has 30. I'm at 9...to be fair, I was out most of yesterday. But 37 is bonkers to me.

I just play these to get the milestone rewards and then I'm done.

That's what I would have thought but theoretically if I time skip all three characters collecting so they are done, they'd still have to wait until the top timer is done (the "None available for collection right now!") because you can't time skip or gem that. That's why I question the leaderboard.

Once all crabs in one four-hour group are collected, you can time skip to generate new ones.

Ahhh got it now, thanks. That's a lot of time skips to get in top 10. I'll pass....ha!

While I haven't noticed over the past few years, I know when the game was in its earlier years, there a lot of cheaters who knew how to game things to get to the top of the leader boards. On the d i s c o r d server, I saw a recent conversation where a person lost an appeal due to the appearance of cheating. It appears that Gameloft does at least monitor this. Not saying these people are cheating though. Just something that definitely used to happen. It was almost a joke on how far ahead they were of people playing regularly and not cheating.
