Straylight Run Hiatus
Dear friends and fans of Straylight Run,

We are very sad to announce to you that we will be going on an indefinite hiatus. We call it a hiatus and not a break up because the band still enjoys working together and is open to the idea of doing so in the future. If it was up to us we would continue making music throughout this year and the years to come, but the unfortunate reality is that being in a band is a business and when business isn't good you can only keep going for so long.
We are still making plans to release the live album that we recorded at the end of our last tour. As of now there is no release date though, so stay tuned for more information on that.
We would like to thank everyone one of you who ever came to a show, bought one of our records, took us on tour or supported us in any way at all over the nearly seven years that we've been a band. We'd also like to thank everyone that has worked for us, especially Dave Stein, Andrew Buck, Dayna Ghiraldi, Shannon Kimball and everyone at Padell. We have had an amazing time and feel so incredibly grateful to you all for everything we've experienced throughout our years as a band. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Love,
Straylight Run

PS - Please check out our charity auction for a rare vinyl test pressing of our last EP "About Time". All the proceeds will benefit World Vision and their haiti relief efforts. - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190372890639&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

I finished my book (great btw. Now I need to read the last book in the series...), and been playing on the Wii. Right now, my sisters and their friend is playing, and they have no idea what they're doing.

Iron Hand. The trilogy is the Stoneheart trilogy. It starts off with a kid called George (yeah...) breaking a dragon statue outside the Natural History Museum. This causes him to end up in an "UnLondon", where all the statues come to life. They're split into spits (human statues, because they're a spitting image of someone), and taints (animal statues. Don't remember the name cause), and they're at war with each other.

This guy was supposed to be applying for a job as a receptionist at the BBC, but ended up being mistaken for someone who works at Apple... They interviewed him on BBC News... Just look at his face at the beginning when he realises what's going on :p

Awesome

I love joining groups on Facebook and aiming for someone to see them and know it's about them.
Yep. I hope the person that that's about see's this:

Eleanor became a fan of i hate people who falls out with you for PATHETIC reasons!
Eleanor became a fan of I hate people who start pathetic arguments for attention

xD

I just realised, they never told you if The Ariel made it back to her plinth by turn o' day D-: Well, the Queen appeared near the end of the book, and she was taking her back, so I assume she's safe...

Huzzah :teeth: It's by Charlie Fletcher.

I think i'll get the other book quickly to see which statues are in it...

And so I wonder who would win in a fight between a Zombie and Dracula
Zombie's are very strong
But Dracula's teeth are very long

What I never got was how you could kill a zombie, since they're already dead...

I would say a zombie would win, because the sun would rise soon enough.

lol my little cousin is walking around in circles saying George in an English accent no lie! :lmao:
