Bikram yoga is in a very hot room heated to about 40 degrees, and regular yoga can be done anywhere.
Ive done yoga on the beach, in the river, in the house, all over the place.
It's like sex.. it can be done anywhere, but it's always the same.

Especially Bikram.
You get hot and sweaty, you go into different poses, you move a lot, and you can do it with another person, even two more if you'd like!
