Me, DH and our two boys 9 and 5 at VWL Nov 6-13!

I'm super excited! I was hoping for BLT or BCV, but they weren't available with my PIN. I'm thrilled to finally be BOOKED, no more obsessing, no more spreadsheets with a million tabs for every possible split stay discount scenario :) We booked with AirTran Monday and I'm pretty nervous about that. It seemed like the least of three evils from our airport. Just hoping for the best.

I was so happy to find this thread. When we got the PIN and booked I was so giddy I wanted to practically stop traffic so I could tell someone. All my "real life" people just kind of shrug or say "again? Didn't you go already?" It's so nice that there are other people who get it!

Believe me...we feel it too!! We have all heard that and feel the same way..you just wanna TALK about it....and not just talk, but know that whoever you tell is just as excited and are happy for you!!:cheer2:
And :welcome: aboard!!

Does anyone know when Spectromagic will be in Nov? I'm wondering... if the park is open until 8p.m. is it safe to say that Spectro will we scheduled? Like a 90 percent chance?

Thanks~! :goodvibes

When you are on the calendar if you click on the date you want to check it will list parade times, firework times, etc.

Anyone else going crazy waiting for the least crowded park list from Tour Guide Mike?!?

We're still on the fence about MVMCP - does anyone else skip it? Sounds like the characters/parades are the big draw? My kids aren't that into meeting characters and are early to bed types, so I was leaning towards not... but I hate to miss out if it would be something really special for them. Opinions on whether splurging for that or park hopper is more "worth it"? TIA :)

We are Flying AirTran too. Had no problems the last two times we used them. but we are flying out in FLT

Does anyone have opinion on which Pirate Party is best one?

Thank you! I've read so many awful reviews on here it really helps to hear something positive. DH insisted that we fly out of GRR instead of DTW this time and I had the hardest time deciding what to do!

Yes,...I am! Today he posted the party dates and prices for the Halloween and Christmas parties...read that he has the MK stuff ready for the first part of the month and he's working on the rest of it today and tomorrow......Geez...I have checked the site about 15 times today! I kinda have a plan,..but with all the hours being shuffled around I am waiting to see how different NOV '10 is from NOV '09!

Haven't done GRR yet price was better at FLT and DH was most agreeable to that. Too bad our trips don't overlap, would be nice to meet up with fellow MI'S

Same here, the emh's are just different enough that I can't be sure... keep trying to figure out WWMD? :)

Yes, go blue!

Anyone who does TGM...he has Nov 1-11 up!!! The rest of us will have to keep waiting for a day or so...still plenty of time to check our itineraries in time for our ADR window!!!!! For those of ya'll going when the MVMCP is going on, how many are skipping it? I am pretty sure we will skip....we skipped last year too...it's gonna be almost $300 for us to go....kids really want to go back to HDDR....I would rather put the money to that than the Christmas party..if you have never been it's really pretty, but I don't think we are gonna pay to do it again.

Tickets are now on sale for MVMCP on the WDW website. It doesn't come up if you click on special events. You have to click on buy park tickets & then on the upper left corner of that window, select special event tickets. You have to scroll all the way down for MVMCP - Night of Joy & Halloween party are listed first.

We had a great time at MVMCP in 2008.

Thanks for the info, have been away from the boards the past couple days (under the weather) and first thing I did this morning was go look at the event page and thought geez still no MVMCP dates :scared1: then saw your post about the tickets  One Happy Camper now, just to decide which day to go I am thinking the 11th , since the first night might be busier but the the 11th is the only night for fantasmic @DHS while am there :confused3

Anyone go he first night of the MVMCP and was it real busy?

just to decide which day to go I am thinking the 11th , since the first night might be busier

I think we'll be a MVMCP the 11th also! It will be our anniversary :lovestruc I didn't want to do the 12th because I thought that being a Friday it might bring out more local people. Last time we were also there on the second night & it was great!

We are skipping Fantasmic this year. Weren't so impressed last time - did the dining package with preferred seating. I think I'd rather ride while everyone is sitting at Fanstasmic.

Tried to buy MVMCP online & it wouldn't work. Said something about tickets in the quantity I selected weren't available - only 3 people :confused3

Will call WDW later tonight to see what is up.

Maybe they are just having a glitch..today was suppose to be the day you could start purchasing, right?

I'm planning on going on the 12th since it's my Birthday!! I'm excited, and while it may be busier it's my first MVMCP so I'll be happy just to go :woohoo:

It might be busier,..but it's still so far ahead of Christmas, I don't think it would be horrible...just have to have a plan! How fun to go for your bday!

Interesting that the MVMCP starts on Monday the 8th. . . Last year it started on Tuesday the 10th -- the same night the OL started. . . I wonder what this means for the OL start date??? popcorn::

We were wondering about the OL also.....decided, (I think) to go to the MVMCP on the 8th, was seriously thinking about the 11th, but if we go early will still be able to fit in going to see the OL if they show while we are there, I just hope the 1st party is not too busy :scared1:
