It's better than Soda , cake, and popcorn. My mom don't allow me to eat poptarts. She is a Nurse and is into all that Nutritional stuff.

my parents are both really into nutrition but they belive as long as u dont always eat that stuff then its fine as long as everything is in moderation because if u never eat the chocolate or the ice cream or the pop tarts then when u finally break down and eat one u wont stop instead of just eating one and being able to go back and fix it with exercise and good stuff

oh yes i have had this stuff drilled into me my whole life but if u think about it makes more sense then never eating then yummy stuff xD
