It just switched mine over to the new format. It's disgustingly stupid and I hate it. Grrr to you FB!

some friends have posted on my page:READ THIS :: Have U noticed that you're not seeing all your friends' posts? FBOOK IS BLOCKING ALL YOUR FRIENDS' NEWS FEEDS EXCEPT 250 THEY CHOOSE. ...TO UNDO: from HOME page, select MOST RECENT & scroll to bottom of page, click "Edit Options(across from "older posts"). Select NEWS FEED SETTINGS. Reset 250 to 5000 or ma...ny has you want. I just did this and now I'm getting everything again.


if you will click on "friends" on the left and then click on status updates, I think you will like it. Click on photos! I think I might like the new change.

The default 250 limit is nothing new, actually. It was probably put in a while back when some people started gathering huge numbers of friends (famous people, podcasters, etc. ), and it was a strain on the system to look up the status updates of every friend they have.
