TammiMcMan, before my last vacation was cancelled, I did have the Chefs Table booked. Nutz4dznys family was going to join my family on that vacation and she had wanted to dine there. As everyone on this board knows, I dont cook, so dining in a restaurants kitchen never held any real appeal to me.

When I began planning this vacation, dining at the Chefs Table never crossed my mind until other people began asking to dine with me. Since just about everyone was a Victoria & Alberts virgin (~gasp!~), I decided that the main dining room was the way to go. I think it will make for a more elegant and memorable meal (and if they decide to dine at Victoria & Alberts again in the future, theyll have the Chefs Table to look forward to).
The fun part now is deciding what everyone will wear to dinner. I normally wear muted colors when dining at Victoria & Alberts, but this time Im thinking of going for a brighter color pallet in order to kick things up a notch. I still have to find something for my daughter to wear, but shes easy to shop for and we have time on our side.
