The new Disney website is horrible!

Has anyone else had horrible experiences with the new website? I've had other issues, but today I went to pay on my trip. After going through the cycle from the my reservations page (where I usually had to reload at least once for the balance to not give me an error so I can even see the "make payment" link), clicking "make payment", being asked to login again, and then sent back to my reservations about 10 times, I finally got to the make payment page. I put in the gift card amount and number and get an error that the card can't be processed. I tried a different gift card. Same thing. Went to the Disney Gift Card Services site to be sure the card was okay, copied and pasted the number from the make payment screen so I know it wasn't a keying error, and it pops up perfectly with a $50 balance. I thought maybe it had to do with being on an iPad, so I went to the laptop and cycled through the same garbage. Ugh. This new site has been active for at least a month. You'd think they'd have the bugs for important things like accepting a payment worked out by now by. This is definitely not the Disney quality I'm used to.
 
Amen website sucks!!!! Tell CM every time i call them website sucks they normally giggle and say sorry im sure you hear that at least million times a day.

My notes are gone, the times are different, and i get at least one error every time I hope on there to look to see if they fixed it yet...

Needless to say I will not be using My Experience in the parks with all the loading and headache issues.. Good think i have my notes in notebook or i would have been really pissed off

I cannot even find where to make a payment. I have been calling and doing it over the phone via the automated way(also not a great way in my opinion. I miss talking to humans). I spent two days, probably 10-15 minutes each day looking.

Oh thank goodness, I thought I was the only one. I cannot figure out how to pay online!!!

I was so excited at first because my ipad had not made the switch. I turn it on to make a payment it updated. I think I shed a tear. You are most definitely not alone!!!

It wouldn't matter if you found it (although it's under the My Disney Experience - My Reservations... assuming it will load) because it won't process the payment anyway.
 
Let's not limit our complaints to the new website.

Honestly the old web site was pretty bad too.

The basic problem Disney's IT is HORRID! They think "cute" is the only requirement for websites, they think testing is 'turn on the system and let reservations tell us if it works' and they think "no one will notice if our systems don't work"

Some folks need to be unemployed!
 
Over the weekend I was just trying to come up with a really loose base price to shoot for while saving for our next trip, and I was having a horrible time navigating the site.
