I think they are 10.95 & 19.95 for 16oz and 64 oz

64 OZ :earseek:. OMG. I think the 16oz is at least $11.99 (as per All Ears), but I thought I read somewhere that they went up to $12.99.

We just got back from CSR last night. The small mugs are 11.99 and the giant mugs are 19.95 :) We got the giant size lol, the small ones would have lasted me long enough to walk back to my room.

Thanks for the prices :). You have a point about the mega-mug. I have returned to my room more than once with a mug full of nothing but ice.

If you have a fistful of mugs to carry the mega ones will be very heavy! :teeth: We bought 2 mugs between 4 of us as DS(5) doesn't like hot drinks or soda and you can't use them for milk (DS(11) shared) we found the smaller size to be ample - often only drinking half a mug each.

I stayed in CSR two years ago for a week. I really enjoyed my stay, except for the air-conditioning system. I like it very cool in my room and I found the air conditioner to be very "unadjustable". I couldn't get as low as I liked it. Is this always the case or can maintenace override the "control features". I am going for a week in September and have it narrowed down to CBR and CSR. I'm no too fond of the separate "check-in/bus pickup" building at CBR, and the "room coolness" at CSR. But, I would like to go back to CSR again!!

Thanks for any assistance, Cindy

The AC in our room was good. We like it fairly cool so we set it on 73 and turned the ceiling fan on high. Several nights I had to reach up and turn it up a couple clicks because I was freezing.

It can be overridden by maintenance.

:-) I'm the reverse, I'd be likely to buy the samller size, consume one drink in the vicinity of the bar/counter service and then get a refill before leaving.

going to CSR on July 16-18 for a short trip to meet up w/ BIL & family- we live in tampa so are getting thru FL discount- although I am going to confirm with CRO and see if I have acode for an upgrade to a deluxe- also dh works for an airline will call to see if that code will be any better.

Looking forward to the pools- visited last Nov when cousins were staying there -we stayed at POP then. Loved the pools- still waiting to be able to afford Poly- may try for WL in early december if Iget a nice bonus.

Last trip I got bumped from CSR to WL, which was great, but I am looking forward to CSR and the pool!

Will be going with my 13yr old daughter and my sister, her son, his fiancee and their 2 kids!

We will be at CSR from July 20th to July 30th.

We can't wait to go back, it is such a beautiful resort

I finally finished reading all of the posts!

CSR sounds and looks great! I think I'm going to have to re-think my choice of POFQ! :confused3 And I thought I had it all decided! :teeth: Well, that's part of the fun in planning a WDW vacation! There are just too many choices! :rotfl:

I will be going with my mom in Feb. '06 for her 70th birthday! :cool1:

I do have a question that I haven't seen yet...Does anyone know of a way to check to see what conventions are scheduled at CSR?

We are planning on going between 2/12/06 and 2/19/06--I really don't want to go to CSR if there will be a really large convention there during our stay--we would probably want to stick to our original choice (POFQ). ;)

Thanks in advance!

There was a convention on when we were there but to be honest its no big problem - occasionally you'd see a couple of suits in the line at the coffee window, but most of the time they're on a tight schedule and seeing a bunch of suits hurrying to lock themselves away when you're just on the way to a fun day at one of the parks adds a bit of pixie dust! (Or maybe I just like other people's bad luck :rotfl: )

Here are a few I found

CSR is our favorite! Can't wait to keep reading this thread! We were just there in June and will be back in September!!

Hey Buzz,

how do you find out about the conventions?? We are there first week of Oct and I was wondering what conventions would be there. I am not worried about the crowds or anything - just curious.

thanks
