If you're requesting specific rooms, fax in your request seven days in advance. Fax - 407-934-2736

You can, but I would call and have it noted on your reservation and/or fax it in in advance, as room assignments tend to be done in advance.

No, they are not accepting reservations for parties of five yet. If your party is currently five adults and/or children over the age of three, you cannot stay at CBR, murphy bed or not, at the moment.

5-7 days out according to Venomhatch's thread. It certainly doesn't hurt to reiterate your requests, and no, two requests are fine. I requested certain rooms and I got my third choice.

Wonderful information.

I am getting used to this thread system, and am a bit confused. Where should I request, in your opinion, for a room for someone who has a significant mobility challenge but pushes through the pain at the end of the day? (Charcot Foot).

We were told Martinique is our best choice, but not preferred, because the free dining doesn't go with that.

For all who asked, my room number was 4217. I had requested 4249, 4252, 4217, or 4220 in that order. All were king bed corner rooms.

35 days! Cant wait, looking forward to warm weather. Upstate NY weather has been so chilly. 45 in the morning and highs of 69 in August are unheard of. CRAZY CRAZY.

So you can fax in a request and ask for specific room numbers? Where can you see which rooms are standard -vs- king -vs- water view, etc?

Never mind - I found the link for the rooms (I thought I had seen it before). I just didn't know you could ask for specific rooms.

We are new to CBR and have a preferred room booked in April 2015. We hope that some specials come out. Is this true that preferred rooms are excluded from FD? What about other specials? Is this new or just pertains to CBR?

We stayed at POR in April 2013 and received 25% off of a Royal Guest room and received FD in a preferred room at POP in 2011 so I'm just trying to see if I have a chance of specials in a preferred at CBR.

I arrive in 28 days and I have FD and a preferred room! I didn't think there were any restrictions on the room type, you just pay more for preferred.

It is possible, however, that there are no preferred rooms left for the FD promo during your travel dates because they only release a certain number of rooms for the offer.

You also always have the option to switch to a resort that is offering FD if CBR isn't included. We were originally booked at POR, but switched or resort to CBR because POR was excluded.
