We'll be at CBR for the 1st time September 17-27 and I'm so excited. It's a surprise trip and it's driving me nuts not to talk about it with my older kids. I've been telling all the details to my 2yr old- hopefully he doesn't learn how to talk and spill the beans.

I'm hoping to check in early so should I even bother with requests?

Looking at just this thread our week is pretty full! Lol

It never hurts to have requests added to your reservation. We've been 4 times during Free Dining and CBR was very near capacity and we were lucky enough to get our requests every time.

Thanks for the new thread dansdad! I've been lurking the other thread since we booked in early January. This will be our first stay at a moderate, so we are very excited! We will be staying June 20-24, just 16 more days!!!

dansdad, would you know/remember the Trinidad South building number of the ADA accessible Pirate Themed Room you photographed in post #3 of this thread? We're looking at a late year CBR stay with my mother. I'd sure appreciate any help you may have.

I'm sorry, those picture are from the previous CBR Thread owner, safetymom. There are multiple accessible Pirate Rooms so you should be good.

One of our family members has to have a scooter. Is there any good place to put a scooter to charge at night at CBR.

Do they have an age limit for the marshmallow roast? And poolside games? Girls will be 11 and 13. They loved the marshmallow roasting and poolside activities on our last trip (at CSR - was 2 years ago).

My mom had a scooter during our recent trip. She charged it in the room overnight. Fortunately, there's plenty of space in the rooms at CBR. I never noticed if there were any outlets on the exterior of the buidlings. Not something I've checked for either.

No specified age limits on either. For the games though, depending on the type of game, they may encourage that a particular age group only play. However, when they do things like trivia, they encourage all ages to participate.

I saw quite a few young adults and parents at the marshmallow roast during our stay.
