The first band VolBeat was pretty cool, and then Machine Head was freaking awesome, and then Metallica came on and they were on for about 2-3 hours. It was cool, they had fire! and laser lights going around on the stage and everything. It was a sold out concert, too. So almost every seat was filled!

Metallica came for KFMA Day (2008?) and the concert sold out a few days before...it was at the Pima County Fairgrounds...Metallica was only playing two shows in the US too. It was the biggest concert in over 30 years here or something. I just looked it up and I guess 38,000 tickets were sold...that's kind of a lot.
